Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Went along to games event organised by the London Vegan meetup group. We sat in a pleasant outside area (part covered) . I'd been wanting to try the pie mash and liquor as the only other time I've had this was at a non-vegan pie...More

This must be one of the top vegan restaurants so far. Dog friendly, great decor and the food. We went on a Sunday so had the Sunday roast menu. I had the nut roast! Omg. Amazing and the trifle! Superb. Highly recommended

On a Saturday night I visited with friends and the food was 'ok', atmosphere was a bit rough and loud which is a personal preference. But I could not get over how rude and snappy the I presume 'manager' was being towards her co-workers. The...More

My expectations were probably too high but we were pretty disappointed with the food. I had the pie and mash and had no taste, only the crust was nice. My mate’s chicken burger was all right though, so mine could’ve just been a bad dish...More

Great vegan burgers and beer. Chocolate dessert was great. Making a good effort at social distancing but could do better in making clear what precautions they are taking.
