Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We visited last night following all the excellent reviews on Tripadvisor. I asked for a window table and we couldn't have been happier. A beautiful table in the open window on a rare balmy London evening - perfect. Service was first class and the Albarino...wine was very drinkable. We ordered a range of tapas from Chorizo, Chicken skewers, lovely tomato garlic bread, garlic prawns, croquettes etc and all were delicious and a perfect amount to share. The only slight disappointment was the meatballs tapas that were a little bland. We had a lovely evening and I can see what all the 5* reviews are about. I would happily return.More

Fantastic. Delicious food and with staff that could deal with a coeliac. If I was staying longer in London I would go again. I forgot to take my phone otherwise a picture would be attached. Yum yum.

We were in Pimlico for the weekend and booked About Thyme as we liked the look of the Tapas menu. We arrived 15 minutes early and were welcomed by the friendly staff and shown to our table. The restaurant was busy and had a nice...vibe. We ordered our drinks whilst looking through the menu. The menu had a good selection of dishes, which should cater to most tastes. We opted for 5 tapas dishes. This we were informed would probably be enough for two. The dishes were served in good time and were thankfully not all at once. We couldn't fault any of the dishes, as all were extremely tasty. Our waiter ensured our wine glasses were never empty and returned the bottle to the chiller to keep the temp correct. The staff were all welcoming and professional in their service. Which made our dining experience a pleasure. We will definitely visit again when next in the area. Thanks guys, keep up the good work. 👍More

Wanting something to eat before heading to Hamilton the musical, we found this treasure just 10 minutes walk away from the Theatre. The food is fresh, beautifully presented, lots of protein and vegetarian options, and most importantly, incredibly tasty. The interior is cool, comfy and...got a great vibe, but the highlight is definitely the service - it's outstanding. Super friendly, fun, and professional without being intrusive. Highly recommend making more time for this place as a destination choice, not just a pre-theatre bite.More

Fantastic food. We had a selection of tapas including duck, king prawns, grava lax, belly pork, cod fritters; all of which were beautiful and then had churros to finish. Very friendly staff - a really lovely evening and would recommend to others.

We have been here several times and it never disappoints. The food and hospitality are exceptional and the menu changes so you get to try different things. There is a large area upstairs if you wanted a private party and downstairs there is a great...ambiance, you feel like you're on holiday!More

This is a wonderful restaurant. Beautiful setting, the menu was fantastic with a great choice of tapas and mains. Every plate we had was delicious and presented beautifully. The service was absolutely spot on, even though it was busy. The churros and crème brûlée were...the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. Will come here again next time in London.More

Good atmosphere and high quality of food. Service generally good. Definitely worth a visit but felt it was a bit pricey and certainly the wine list was. I think we might have just had tapas throughout as felt the main course menu could have been...a bit more extensive.More

We booked for a Saturday evening but it wasn’t that busy. I found this a little surprising as the food was delicious, the staff friendly and the ambiance relaxed and welcoming, It is quite unassuming on a Pimlico street not too far from Victoria, which...is why I chose it but I am glad I did My husband chose the rabbit, a real treat for him and despite our good intentions we had puddings too. Overall a great restaurant to have found in a city with so much choice.More
