The night before Australia put England out of the Rugby World Cup, and our team of Australian supporters had just landed and met for dinner in London. A great restaurant, rich choice of menu excellently prepared with matching wines. A great evening.

After a considerable period, I revisited this restaurant with a friend for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the standards in quality of food, drink, ambience and reasonable prices have been retained. This is a delightful restaurant to visit in this particular area...More

A very discerning friend from out of town joined me for a night at the Royal Ballet. She would be taking a late train home so I wanted us to have a special pre-theatre supper. We were wonderfully received and treated by the staff at...More

The sheer volune of eateries in Covent Garden is, well, almost overwhelming. There's an establishment to cater for most budgets & tastes, so how does one choose where to eat on a lovely autumn Sunday afternoon? One with an outside terrace perhaps? We caught what...More

I visited this restaurant for lunch with an old work colleague I had not seen in a year. We selected the prix fixe meal. My friend was half way through her soup when the waiter appeared and asked if we were finished. We replied that...More

Visited in October with my boyfriend to celebrate our anniversary. The portions were relatively large, at a relatively small price. The service was flawless; made us feel welcome, and served us very quickly, although it was busy. Will be returning.

Great meal and very pleasant staff. The prices are very good for this area! Has to be one of my favourite restaurants in Convent Gardens. A great tribute to Raymond Blanc.

I had a meal there last night. Whilst the setting is beautiful and the views across Covent Garden are great, sadly the food was a complete disappointment. To be fair I had the cauliflower soup to start with. It was light and genuinely delicious. Sadly...More

Perched above the bustling piazza our spectacular Opera Terrace is a real landmark and one of the very best restaurants in Covent Garden. We are blessed with a beautiful glass edifice with views across the piazza that is home to our dining room and a fabulous cocktail bar.

In good weather enjoy al fresco dining on the terrace overlooking the crowds, or watch the world go by from Le Petit Blanc, our street level cafe.

There can be no better place in London to tuck into genuine, French food as you soak up the buzz of this amazing city.
