Friendly staff, good food, large choice of beer. All for a good price. Pie of the day and burger are great.

Love the pub. Love the employees. Great service. Very friendly staff. The food was great. The atmosphere of the pub is so inviting. After our first meal, we stopped in every evening for a night cap before going to bed!
Visited the place twice during our short stay in London. It was just a two minutes walk from the hotel we stayed in, a perfect way to finish a long day of sightseeing with a pint of local beer. Cozy interior, very good service and...More
The price was good considering it was average. Plus the starters & mains were bought together. Apparently it's odd that we would want the starter first? Also we did turn up 2.40pm so in fairness maybe the kitchen was closing down.

This traditional Edwardian boozer was the perfect place to meet up with some old school chums. In 1904, a mulberry tree was planted by Alexandra, Queen Consort to Edward VII, during their stay at the country hall which was later to become our school.
Spent an evening there and had some great food! The guys who served us made sure we got everything we wanted. Pity, we only came across it on our last evening. Will definitely come back!
Good quality craft beer. Lovely pub interior. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Very well laid out with plenty seating
