This was our 3rd visit to Sophie's Steakhouse on separate visits to London. I asked the server about the Fish & Chips, and she assured me it was a large & lovely dish. She was right! The cod filet took up half my plate, and...More

Came here as our first choice restaurant was full. We're glad that it was. Lovely decor inside and we had a burger and fish pie and chips. Pre theatre deal was two courses from a set menu for £15 - very reasonable for central London....More

We were 3 friends having dinner at Sophie's - I had never been before so had no idea what to expect at all. First impressions walking in were very positive: it is light and airy and not overly packed. It's always a shame when a...More

Comfortable, relaxed restaurant with friendly staff. Attended on Sunday afternoon so the Sunday menu was also available. I chose roast beef with an enormous Yorkshire pudding and we also had a sirloin and T-Bone from the a la carte menu. Staff ensured each was cooked...More

Hi Mike, Give yourself about 10 minutes to walk to Theatre Royal. Its very close, so this allows a little getting lost time! We only take reservations up until 4.30 - these can be made online via our website. I'd... More

Hi, I wonder if you could tell me how long it takes to get to the vaudeville theatre from your restaurant? I've heard great things about you and looking to come for a pre theatre dinner. Thanks in advance Michelle

Hi Michelle, Less than a 5 minute walk door to door - very close indeed! Best time to arrive is around 5pm - this gives you plenty of time to eat, possibly have a drink at the bar, then head to the show. We don't take... More

How long does it normally take to get served between 5-7pm? I'm going to see Harry Potter in 2 weeks time and am looking for somewhere that wouldn't take too long so that we could get back for the second performance on time. First performance ends at 4.40 so would probably get there just before 5 and second starts at 7.30 so would want to leave just after 7 at the latest.

Great steak, giant martini's & guaranteed fun.

Open all day, ideal for business lunch, post work cocktail, a perfect pre & post show hotspot, fabulous dinner with friends or big blow out with a party.

Our steaks are cut from naturally raised, native breed British beef, much of which we age & butcher in house. Whilst beef is our thing, we have other favourites BBQ ribs, grilled fish, roast chicken, fresh salads & amazing homemade puddings.

We are all about the personal touch & great for any occasion.
