Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Nice little cafe just away from the hustle of Kings Cross. The buns are delicious but OMG the chips (fries) are probably the best I've ever had.

Very creative and delicious buns especially with the pulled lamb and fried chicken choices! The bowls were freshly made and good size! The most juicy lamb shish wrap I ate in London!

Bao buns with a Turkish twist. You can have either a filled steamed bun or a bowl with a range of fillings. You even get a choice of buns if you go for the bun option from the classic to basil, beetroot, squid ink, spicy and whole wheat.  Various filling options available including Falafel (VG), Tuna Mayo, Vegan (VG), Fried Chicken, CHICKEN SHISH, Fried Cod, Pulled Pork, Pulled Lamb, Burger, Pulled Beef, Duck Confit, Smoked Salmon Bowl options are, TABBOULEH, LENTIL STEW, RAINBOW MASH (V) A Number of breakfast options which one day I hope to try as looks interesting from: Egg, Egg & Pancetta, Egg & Sausage, Egg & Salmon, BLT, FULL ENGLISH BOWL, VEGETRAIAN BREAKFAST BOWL or VEGAN BREAKFAST BOW I opted for the Chicken shish and lentil bowl, I was however left a little disappointed as lentil stew was hot but very mourish and nothing special. The Chicken shish was warm but not hot and very fatty. The portion size is a good size portion for lunch but I will try other items but not this combination in the future as it seems like a great concept. The staff very pleasant and asked if I liked it and was honest and they took note and even offered another option for free and so I went for the dessert option the Buntella. The Buntella Dessert is filled with fresh strawberries with banana with Nutella and sprinkles of nuts on top all served within the standard bun. The richness of Nutella and fresh zing of strawberries and bananas and crunch of nuts works well. Really happy with this. This was really fresh and perfect blend of flavours to excite the sweet pallette of the tongue. It’s so nice when staff can accommodate especially when this is a lunch place where people want to just come in and out. I do still recommend a visit.

This is my best friend restaurant, I was here one year ago however it wasn't open June 2018. We were for lunch time, I didn't taste buns since 2017 January at Turkey. This time it was super. The place also is near to monument, very common and well know place. You can also seat outside, eat and drink. I can't hold myself to recommend this beautiful quick lunch, delicious restaurant.

Looking for somewhere to get a reasonable breakfast and fell over this place. Good coffee and the breakfast bowl was just the correct amount to keep you going until lunchtime. Wife preferred the classic bun with egg and cerano ham. Altogether worth the 5 stars

A real fusion place with East Asian and Turkish cuisine coming together to form something that can't be replicated. The pricing is very reasonable and the location by the monument is outstanding. Really can't fault it one bit.

Only 2 customers ahead of me in the queue, waiting for their order. 4 members of staff behind the counter. All busy with various things. No acknowledgement provided to me although one member of staff made eye contact. No smile or anything to say that someone would take my order shortly. Waited 3 minutes. Decided to go Wrap It Up on Cannon Street. A far better choice.

I tried the buntella here and it was really tasty! The strawberries were so fresh and the bun was soft and fluffy. The staff was really friendly too and I was served promptly. Thank you for the great experience!

After climbing the Monument directly in front of this small storefront, we stamped in for a quick snack and clean restroom. Not busy at all, and it had a few outdoor tables for enjoying our items.

Really tasty and healty food! Also it’s cheap! All ingredients are produced in Bunco kitchen! Can be an alternative to sandwich shops for breakfast!

Look at those buns! Bunco are bringing Taiwanese bao buns to London with a Turkish twist. They offer a colourful & healthy bun choice, from beetroot to squid ink with no added artificial colouring, sugars or additives! We ordered: ➡️ Classic bun with pulled lamb ➡️ Basil bun with fried cod ➡️ Beetroot bun with duck confit ➡️ Spicy bun with fried chicken ➡️ Sides: coleslaw & fries ➡️ Dessert: mualla & buntella ➡️ Drinks: rose lemonade & gently sparkling elderflower These are definitely not your usual steamed buns and I’ve got to say they were fantastic! 😍 We were recommended the pairing of the bun + filling and we loved them all! Our favourites being the duck and lamb (you can literally see the flavour oozing out) The buntella was also a winner 😋 Bunco can be found right outside monument station, If nearby I defo recommend them!

Prime food in prime location. if you like to try delicious food that is the place. I tried a bit of everything but my favourite is falafel with tahini with pickles and pulled duck in hoisin sauce.

Right behind the Monument, a great place to have a quick bun or a cereal bowl at a low price. The coffee is also good

City of London
From its ancient past as a Roman trading outpost to its 21st century status as the wealthiest square mile in the world, the financial district known simply as “The City” is one of London's most historic and fascinating neighbourhoods. Here high rise office towers such as Norman Foster’s Gherkin mingle with Roman ruins and architectural marvels from virtually every era in between, including Christopher Wren's glorious St.Paul's Cathedral, and John Soane's dauntingly classicist Bank of England. This neighbourhood is also home to some of the finest restaurants and plushest hotels in Europe, in addition to an assortment of of watering holes, upscale shops, and Tube stations. During the week, the City is abuzz with white collar workers going about their business; the weekend sees this area turn into a quiet haven for sightseers.
