Good burgers that offer Great taste. The sides were also good, yet i Think the Price should include Them and not Be additional. The staff was busy and not very smiling. This is a traditionel modern chain, that does not offer anything extraordinary and the experience was anonymous.

Thought the place was a bit 'brusk' when I first went in - but quickly realised they are just working hard to deal with a pretty fast turnover. I ordered one of 'The stack' burgers, some chunky fries and a beer. The burger was delicious - well cooked, well garnished and well presented. The chunky fries were fresh and there... More

We ate here on several occasions recently when we didn't want a heavy meal and I was impressed by the quality and range of the burgers and meals in general. The staff were slick and helpful and waiting times not bad considering its a busy place. Give it a try!

Down from darkest Yorkshire, popped out with my friend Bill for a quick bite. The layout was good, if a little tighly packed in but I understand the business model, so can't complain. Great choices on the menu, the staff were welcoming and friendly and watching the service, it looked really efficient. I went for the 6oz cheeseburger, naked with... More

Decent selection of burgers and sides. All well cooked and tasty. Milkshakes tasty as well. But, fries are not included with a burger which makes it a little pricey given that a burger costs £9-£11.

Mom and I were on vacation from California. She absolutely LOVED the burgers at this place. I even took her to Shake Shack in Covent Garden and she said hands down Gourmet Burger Kitchen was her favorite, even compared to burger places in the U.S. I thought the service was just so-so, but she loved it so much I didn't... Great place, quite crowded Saturday night when we were there. Good variety of burgers and they where tasty. Everything is ordered separately, i.e. it's not a cheap treat. With a glass of wine each we ended up over £40 pounds for two.

Description
In 2001, three kiwi guys set up the first GBK in Battersea, South London. The philosophy was simple – to create a fresh, quality burger reminiscent of the gourmet burgers they were used to back in New Zealand. They were the first to introduce gourmet burgers to the London market and we still pride ourselves on serving up the freshest burgers; combining 100% prime beef, hand selected and traditionally reared on independent farms across the South West counties, with the freshest ingredients and sauces made from scratch every day in each GBK kitchen. We now have over 80 restaurants from Brighton to Edinburgh.
