Worst customer service ever.

Worst service ever i’ve received. I went to hanger lane branch just now, with my friends and they refuse to take him and was super rude since beginning. the security guy touched my friend trouser and made him super embarrassed and then he mentioned that...he is wearing track suit and they don’t accept. however he was not wearing track suit at all he was wearing proper collar shirt with comfortable trousers. i explained this to the manager And he agreed with us and went to security guys to tell them but still they said we can’t take because the security guys took it very personal and was super super rude. l’ll never recommend this place again super racist. Worst customer service i’ve ever had.More

Great night

From the outside looking in it did not look appealing at all so I initially got worried but when we entered it was like some form of secret society.. it’s amazing indoors and the decor is lovely. A nice warm vibe with very attentive staff....They even had entertainment. THE COCKTAILS.. In all my 30 years of life I have never had cocktails as good as theirs. Usually cocktails taste watered down but NOT HERE.. it was 90% alcohol.. you definitely get your monies worth. Very strong tasting cocktails, worth every penny. The Shisha was nice too. Only reason I am giving it a 4 star and not a 5 is because the womens toilet seat was completely broken and most of the women ended up going to the mens toilet because of this.. it’s a 2 minute job that should be fixed in my opinion. Would I return? AbsolutelyMore

Amazing good

Came here two nights running because the food is so good. The staff all looked very smart and were friendly and helpful. Lamb shish and flatbreads were amazing. Salad very fresh and sauces to die for. Wish I could come here every weekend but live...too far away.More

Avoid at all costs!

If I could give zero stars, i would. My guests were barred at the entrance due to their ethnicity. We were already at the venue and had order copious amount of food and shisha, in anticipation of their arrival and they were denied entrance under...false pretences. I am still horrified that in this current world, such veiled racism is still a practice in places. I would not recommend this place at all. The manager was unhelpful, the bouncers were abrupt and the reasoning for such behaviour was far from truthful. I would suggest avoiding it at all costs. I will be making a formal complaint, as well.More

Amazing night with the girlies

Abbas is amazing he gave really great service. He was very efficient in giving recommendations on food. Pricing is very reasonable. This place is a real hidden gem :)

Lovely atmosphere

Went for a refreshment.. We definitely enjoyed our time.. drinks and food were tasty shisha was absolutely amazing and customer service was excellent 100% recommend it👌 👍🏻 😋...

Live football at Tiger Bay

Was heading back from the gym and happen to see this branch was open although I assumed it would open later. Good game of football at lunchtime today Man Utd vs Everton 12.30pm kick off!!! So if you didn't know you do now nice and...warm friendly staff and great shisha flavour along with some good oreo milkshakes👌🏾More

Gorgeous food, as simple as that.

Having travelled and worked in the Middle East, it's always hit and miss with Lebanese food in the UK. Tigerbay, however, took me straight back to the aforementioned region. I rarely give 5 stars but this is warranted just for the sheer quality of the...food. Really superb meal, cooked excellently. The best Lebanese I've had in the UK so far. Highly recommended.More

Very enjoyable

Really enjoyed our visit here. From beginning to end everything was good. It was a nice atmosphere, felt relaxed but also like you have been somewhere nice and I never tried much of the food but the sauce I tried was amazing and my friends...loved what that had. Loved the fire eater and belly dancer acts too. Very nice visit.More
