Walked past this place a couple of weeks back and decided to nip in to check it out as I love cheese and love wine. Me and my girlfriend took a seat and we were then ushered back to the front of the shop as there may have been 'reservations' turns out there wasn't and we returned to our table.... More

If you like cheese, good wine and charcuterie then this is the place for you, excellent service great knowledge and great food/wine. This place is shop / deli / small restaurant and it's great, very relaxed atmosphere as well. I will defiantly go back with friends.

Located just outside of the South Kensington Tube Stop, this wonderful little cheese shop has a very well chosen selection of cheeses, charcuterie and wine. Great spot to grab something to take home, but also well worth taking more time to pull up a table with a friend to sample via a meat or cheese board, along with a glass... More

Went in to check out their cheese selection, ended up staying for a delicious lunch (cheese and antipasti board), well complimented with a glass of Buzet. The waitress gave us tips on how to enjoy the cheese selection at its best. The selection of bread was really tasty and if it hadn't been for the fact that I was facing... More

This little gem serves rare, carefully selected, quality cheeses which can be paired with sumptuous wines, delicious bread and limited edition hams. Quite an experience!

For a generation raised on the cheese shop sketch, this place is guaranteed to raise a smile. And because the cheese and wine on offer is a) so good and b) such good value, it makes it impossible NOT to drop in for a quick hit every time you pass. "Okay, so we only had breakfast an hour ago… and... More

Seating is a bit odd and the lighting could be cosier but the selection of British and imported cheeses is excellent! Also the selection of charcuterie is amazing! Great wines as well. Highly recommended!

We popped in one afternoon after a visit to the V&A. Had a lovely glass of champagne and two different cheese based salads which were delicious! They were setting up for a regular cheese tasting event which I would love to go to if I was more local. I'd love to try it one evening!

Visited here with my sisters yesterday afternoon, we were passing and by chance saw it, decided to go in. Great selection of cheese, this was the reason I was attracted to this place! we were lucky to get a table as it was quite busy too. Has a nice charm about it and staff very friendly and knowledgable about the... More

We have been coming here for 7 years and we have always loved this place. During the last couple of months it has changed quite a bit. There is new staff, not as well trained, knowledgable and welcoming as the others used to be. Today we went there and it was a big disappointment. Although one of the members of... More

Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
