Travelled to London from York for a wedding & needed food afterwards! Booked in advance, no problem there! My wife, bless her, was desperate for good food, but has gluten, diary & wheat issues......so eating out can be a nightmare & as a consequence we...don't do it very often! The upshot of this visit.......the food was superb, very tasty & had no repercussions for her. From my perspective as a carnivore with no food intolerance, I felt exactly the same! Would we go again......absolutely!! The slight downsides - don't expect the most salubrious surroundings or decor, there's not a great deal of atmosphere in the front part of the restaurant (it's all in the rear), they don't have an alcohol licence, as yet, that's fine, you can bring your own, but no coffee served on an evening, definitely a negative, after a fine meal! In summary though.......if you want the very best gluten free, vegan food, THIS IS THE PLACE!More

I’m sure it’s lovely, but I could not eat there. I am allergic to both gluten and wheat - a condition that is less common than coeliac disease and not quite as well publicised. Unfortunately, this restaurant uses wheat starch in their recipes without labelling...it on their website - even though UK Law lists wheat as one of the main 14 allergens that must be clearly labelled. I’m glad I was thorough and called ahead to ask, but also surprised the nice last on the phone seemed confused by my question. And quite disappointed by the major oversight. For vegans and people with coeliac, go and enjoy. But if you also have a wheat allergy, sadly this is a no go.More

As my wife is gluten free and we are both vegetarian, based on reviews we decided to try this restaurant out. The first thing we were probably expecting was that the restaurant would be easy to find with a large shop front, etc but walked...past it without even noticing. The restaurant is between 2 houses it seems and has a cafe as a shop front with a different name. The restaurant is very quirky once you walk through, like an outdoor foyer with a car port roof, but still quite nice. The menu is quite limited and prices are quite high considering, but we wanted to try the food and the experience and was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was! The overall service was good, however, our waitress had only just started working here so was unable to assist on all our questions but did try her best. The food came out really quickly which was impressive, however, no Tiramasu or certain ingredients for Pasta and pizza made the limited menu even more restricted. Overall, it is a decent place but in my opinion, not somewhere I'd make a specific visit to return as it may be good if local to Canonbury area, but even the station is 11 minutes walk away.More

A lunch to die for. The cheese platter is sensational (I am still trying to process how good it tastes and how good it feels) and so is the pizza, and the garlic bread, and the parmigiana..... Delicious, healthy, made clearly with love and intelligence....But most of all go for the warm welcome and the smile and the atmosphere. After I mentioned it was my daughter's 18th birthday our table was gifted a (truly amazingly delicious) panna cotta with candle! thank you Plant Club for such a day, it was lovely and memorable already!More

Fantastic place for our date night! The restaurant has a very nice quirky vibe and everyone is super friendly. The food is superb, the superstraccia on our pasta and focaccia blew our minds! They explained to us that they don't have an alcohol license but...allow customers to bring their own booze. We didn't mind though, my blood orange mocktail was so delicious that I had to ask for the recipe. Absolutely recommended for a casual but yummy experience!More

A really knockout place. If we lived locally we’d be here all the time. Neither of us are vegan/vegetarian but when food is this good you never feel like you’re missing out. The bread/pizza dough is the star. Blimey it’s good and it took me...til almost the end of the meal to realise that it’s gluten free. I seriously hope these guys take over the world so there might soon be one of their restaurants near me. And with such delicious food, once word spreads, it can’t be too long until they do. Highly recommended..More

I’d been looking forward to eating here for so long, expectations were high. Our food was delicious, we ate an obscene amount and enjoyed it! The standouts were the caserecce with Jerusalem artichoke and the burella, and the olives were particularly good! But we also...enjoyed the indulgent garlic bread, the radicchio and the gnocchi was a little rich but tasty all the same. The tiramisu was ok. We usually eat gluten and get a little peeved when vegan supermarket options are also GF when you can tell the difference-not an issue here, I’d imagine it’s a non-gluten eater’s dream, bread and pasta both as good as the best gluten-packed versions. The drinks menu looks great for alcohol drinkers, but it’s really lacking grown up alcohol free options. And the service was a little mixed, some staff really friendly, some less so, and we were left trying to flag someone down to order or get the bill quite a few times. For frankly too much food for two, three drinks and service we spent around £100. We love the chilled vibes the decor and mixed use space create, reminded me a lot of the hipster hang outs in SE Asia, will be back :)More

This was the best gluten free and vegan Italian food my partner and I had ever tried. The gnocchi with truffle oil was amazing (I couldn't believe it was vegan) and rivaled a similar dish we had had at a Michelin plate restaurant. The casarecce...and garlic bread were also perfect - extremely tasty but not too heavy on the stomach. We arrived at 3pm and had not realised that the staff were taking an afternoon break, but the owner and chef were incredibly kind and agreed to serve us something anyway. The staff were lovely overall (even recommending my partner and I a vegan restaurant to visit on an upcoming trip to Milan) and, of course, very knowledgeable about the food. I loved the restaurant's sustainability ethos, and the creative and laid back interiors. We will definitely be back one day with friends :-)More

Hands down the best gluten free garlic bread I’ve ever head. The waitress advised us to share the starters and mains so we got a garlic bread and aubergine parmigiana to start and shared which was unreal. Then two different types of pasta for main...and shared (gnocchi and pasta). I still can’t get over that their entire menu is gluten free and vegan and the taste and texture of everything is just amazing. We got 2 glasses of wine, 2 staters and 2 mains and the bill came to £50 which I thought was very reasonable considering how utterly amazing the food was. Couldn’t fault the atmosphere or staff either - can’t wait to come back.More

This is hands down one of the best restaurants I've been to. I am gluten intolerant and my husband is dairy intolerant, we are both vegetarian. Being able to order absolutely anything we like off the menu is such a treat. The calzone is delicious....that...ricotta!! The gnocchi with peppercorn sauce was such great comfort food. We ordered a bottle of wine and they misheard us and brought two glasses. So we ended up with a bottle, plus the two glasses on the house. Really tasty wine too. The service was attentive but they very much left us to it. I would eat here every single week if I could!More
