Came here for lunch with a friend. Received poppodums on arrival. We had chicken jalfrezi which was nice but not spicy considering it had two chilli signs against it. Friend had lamb curry. Both tasted very similar. Nice naans. Waiter service was good and friendly but wasn't particularly busy with 4 other diners. Would come again. Tasted authentic.

Vast menu with a mix of unusual and traditional dishes. The samosa was made with authentic Punjabi style thick pastry. The venison shammi kebabs were very tasty, quite different yet still true shammi style. For mains the ox tail rogan josh had a tasty thick sauce however the meat was disappointing as there was very little and lots of fatty... More

Delicious food and great atmosphere. This is favourite with Camden locals and for good reason. Lovely curries, friendly service and all at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Food was fine, although a bit pricey for what it was. My friend had made reservations through open table and informed me at the end of the meal that we would get 20% off of our food because of this reservation. The coupon said if you buy one appetizer and one entree the food would be 20% off. We asked... More

We went for a large birthday celebration. The food was varied and excellent and service was good given the large number of people. The staff were also happy to provide low salt food for one guest. Overall it is one of the few growing number of Indian restaurants that is producing a wholly innovative menu that's different from the traditional... More

I popped in out of chance with a friend having seen the signs about awards and was very excited about the menu. I have never had ox tail in a curry and having come away I still haven't? The amount of meat actually I the serving was certainly not justifying the £15. However this was overlooked but having order a... More

Stepped out of the office for a quick lunch needing some Asian chilli, thinking of Vietnamese seafood soup, however the place we had in mind was closed, so we inadvertently stumbled across Namaaste, and we were not disappointed!! We had lime and coriander chicken tikka and a calamari n prawns as starters. For mains we ordered South Indian stir fry... More

The staff here are really impressive; immaculately dressed, welcoming and attentive but not at your side every second. The menu choice is decent - there are some different and traditional specialities. I've been a couple of times now and have really enjoyed my visit, mostly because of how enjoyable the staff there make it. Great spot in Camden.

My partner booked this restaurant for dinner on New Year’s Eve. Upon arrival we were seated by the drafty entrance. We asked if we could move however, were told this was the best they could offer. The waiter offered us a set menu at £49.99 which was not clarified when we booked. Despite querying this we were denied ordering from... More
