I visited with my 2-month old baby and parents on Saturday evening around 8.30pm. We were immediately greeted by the really friendly staff and felt like a great atmosphere. We were lucky enough to book online and managed to get this weekends 25% discount.
We ordered all 5 mains, jalapeno poppers for starters and blueberry cheesecake for dessert. All the food was served to us quite promptly we got them within 10-15 minutes of ordering, did not feel like a long wait at all even though everyone was feeling really hungry.
The Jalapeno poppers were little crispy balls, coated with jalapeno cashew cream and cheese. The moment you take a bite it just melted in our mouth. It was served with bbq sauce and overall was not so spicy so was able to taste all the different flavours and textures.
The pesto pasta was packed with flavours, in which the roasted cherry tomatoes and the topping of cashew Parmesan was really palatable. Some of the main dishes was served quite cold 🥶 to us, but I must say the staff were really humble without any questioning they immediately took the dishes back and brought back much more warmer food. My dad was already discussing about our next visit and bringing along his friends 😂.
We felt the price was quite reasonable especially with the area it is in and what we got from it. Altogether it was a really beautiful evening for us be it from the food, the ambience, the cost and best of all the service provided to us by the staff.

The interior decoration was quite decorative and warm. Initially, the Map took us further up the high street but then realized its actually in Islington square itself so had to come back and take a left into the square and found the restaurant few stores down.
The service given to us by the staff was really nice. They were very jolly and helpful in discussing the menu with us and giving us an idea of what it is. We initially got served the drinks by them.
The food started to come out to us within 10-12 minutes. We first received our starters which were scrumptious, thereafter our cutlery and plates got changed and we received our mains within 4-5 minutes and finally the best of all we got our dessert.
Overall it was a good experience and felt like it was worth the money, time and effort.

I've been there 3 times in 1 week with my family which says it all. Beautiful nourishing colourful vibrant food, loved it all including the amazing mylks too. Great chefs, great menu creator and Gian Luca will 100% look after you from the minute you step in

Visited the restaurant on the 1st Feb at lunchtime in a party of 4 adults, a child and an infant.
Food: very limited menu choice and nothing suitable for the child.
Starter: was served cold, well lukewarm. I had samosas.. how can you serve these cold? The flavour of the samosa was good but should have been hot.
Main: well these came whilst we were still eating the starter?? The dishes were then put on a table behind us whilst they cleared the starters away.
Waitress then returned with other 2 mains, served these then went to the empty table where she had left the starters and served these too.
Food was again cold. This time we complained. Two dish were taken away. Waitress returned and said, "we checked these dishes and there was nothing wrongwith them, they were piping hot but they will make you new.
Now you can't make cold food, the selection is small so no excuse for cold food or poor service.
They then went on to clear the table whilst I was still eating.
Overall one of the worst lunch meals I have had in a long time.

I don't understand the fuss with this place. Somewhat average. Service was speedy, so that was welcoming. Taste was truly bland, over priced for the small portions they present customers with. Offensive to Indians to label something 'thali' without having any of the components of a thali. At least do the bare minimum which is serving a platter of food. Serving just granola with some random curry does not constitute as a thali. The cheese burger was average but the house fries were served hot and crispy so points for that. Jalapeño poppers were diabolical though, it didn't contain any jalapeños and super tasteless! How's that possible? I digress, I would not return nor recommend.
Small recommendation for the team, please remove the table and chairs at the top of the stairs, the number of times you all crashed into each other and with the number of near misses, it's a health hazard. At least on three occasions I thought the drinks/food were going to fall on me when sat at that table.

We found the food overpriced, has small portions and tasteless. Granted it is healthy, but this doesnt means there should be no taste. If I want healthy food, i could make it easily at home for the fraction of the cost. Disappointed.

Visited OM NOM with my partner last month. The decor, atmosphere and staff were brilliant and it is a great place for a date. I’m sorry to say that the size of portions were disappointing and we left still feeling hungry. We are not big eaters but had to keep requesting more food from the waitress which was embarrassing! If the servings were more the size of Saravanaa Bhavan for example this place would be perfect! A little more daal would make a huge difference 😉

Went on a Friday night, booked for 7:30. On arrival big queue of people. Got to the front and asked to wait as table 'not ready' and directed to holding area where several others had been asked the same thing. A staff member then came and took some chairs from waiting area to add to tables to try and make enough available tables. Staff seemed stressed and unable to keep up.
Eventually got to our table for 7:50. Had to signal to staff we wanted to order drinks and again when we wanted to order food. Water was brought to our table but we had to signal again after twenty minutes for the drinks we had ordered. Starters came and were okay, although quite sweet tasting. No-one came to take them away.
By 9 o'clock our mains hadn't arrived and we'd had no update. Managed to get attention of staff who said restaurant was very busy and they would check. Asked again at 9:10 and our food came a few minutes later. We had burgers - again, very sweet tasting and coated in sticky sauce. They were okay, but portion size small (almost like mini-burgers) so not great value.
On leaving, no staff member said goodbye or checked in with us, even one who was standing by bar who we said goodbye too just ignored us. For a place covered with cheesy phrases about chakras, the staff did not seem happy. Don't know if they were understaffed, but it was chaotic and disorganised.

Staff were very welcoming, it’s always nice to be welcomed with big smiles or friendly faces. Omnom staff are just that. Drinks came really quick and food didn’t take long. I really liked the food presentation with generous portions and off course very tasty. As I’m a vegetarian and most places I go only have maybe one or two dishes I could go for, here I can have anything I want.

Came here last night, firstly it looks lovely inside and I loved the atmosphere. As a vegan it is so exciting and refreshing to have a choice of excellent foods that are creative.
We were going to share a starter but I couldn't resist trying the Korean cauliflower bites so we had those and the naan and dips. Both were incredibly tasty and I could easily eat more today.
For main I had the Jackfruit rosti and my non-vegan partner tried the Halloween special rib style burger. We split the meals and both preferred the rosti in terms of flavour. The Halloween rib burger was still tasty, and the fries were so good. The smoky taste wasn't to our liking but the burger was still an excellent vegan meal.
We had the sticky toffee pudding for dessert which was nice as well although I wish we'd ordered the brownie and the pudding.
For all the above,a coffee and the service charge, the meal came to £52 which is incredible value for money.
The staff were rushed off of their feet as the restaurant was busy but we only noticed this once.
Overall I would highly recommend this to vegans and non vegans alike. A gem of Islington!

I went to omnom for the first time after hearing great things from friends. We took the whole family and when we arrived, we were greeted at the door and quickly assigned a table. The staff were really friendly and our kids were enjoying their banter.
The starters were really tasty and lots of choice. My kids are really fussy but the staff managed to create a small portion of pasta and fries which made them very happy. We were not too sure what to get for mains but were recommended some nice items which we really enjoyed also.
Overall it was a calm place with a nice ambiance and would definitely go again.

Incredible evening at OMNOM with friends and family.
I have been a vegetarian all my life and have just gone vegan! Having tried most of London’s veggie offerings I am always keen to try something new!
OMNOM, was a real surprise and delight and has raced into a tie with my long standing #1 restaurant spot in Brighton!
I had the Slider Trio (mini burgers from different parts of the world – I like a range of flavours), Heart cakes, Kickin Bites and the poached pear! OMG – so good. Flavoursome, wholesome and felt great.
The ambience does wonderfully well with a double height glass ceiling and the whole experience at OMNOM is just fab.
Service by was well informed, food – incredible, and the place is simply stunning.
Will be back! You'll know from my other reviews that I am not one to hold back!

As an Indian who lives south of the river, I’ve now made two trips to this restaurant because it is so worth it.
I always ask for everything to be cooked Vegan…and every dish still bursts with gorgeous flavours.
The staff are friendly too and create a relaxed atmosphere where you feel like you belong.
I always leave feeling happy.

Loved the concept of OmNom - food was simply delicious. Great ambience, tasty nutritious dishes that get your tastebuds going from the description on the menu, colourful dish’s that arrive at the table to the actual taste! The ‘Bhakti Bowl’ was so good we couldn’t help but order another after desserts! Great to find a place which serves dishes that align with an Ayurvedic diet, we as a family had the pleasure of choosing anything on the menu; all the food being plantbased with no Onion & Garlic.
We tried all the main dishes, and side dishes and all three desserts...and can’t wait to go back.
We will be back for food as well as yoga, meditation, Kirtan nights and more🧘🏽♀️ A place much needed in an excellent location. 🙌 #plantbased

Really loved the restaurant. As soon as I walked in I was amazed by the decoration/atmosphere of omnom, it was very modern, hip, and stylish. The waitress was attentive and kept checking in on us during the meal. The food itself was full of flavor, the presentation was very impressive and I loved the amount of choice we had from the menu. We also loved the drinks menu with plenty of options depending on your mood. I will defitnetly come back with friends and family.
