I’ve had a wonderful night at atrio bar the girls who served me Morgan and Kayla made sure we were all okay and got everything we needed. The bartender JOEL has been magnificent with the cocktails and he is a great asset to the hotel,...he has good conversation skills . After a full day strolling in London, I stopped by this nice environment close to London eye. I got a good Madrid pint and an angus burger ! Really recommended
Stopped here for an evening meal. Really great restaurant, reasonably priced and very good food. Not huge portions but quality ingredients. The fish and chips were amazing

We found this place online and decided to pop in since we were in the area. It was quite Cosy but the service was terrible. We were ignored for over 15 minutes upon arrival. One of us had to go over to the bar counter...to “request to be served” even after that, no one came by. And the place was not even busy. A waste of time and yet we were genuinely looking forward to trying out the food.More

Visited here last week for dinner and a catch up with a friend. When we first arrived, there were only a few of us seated so the service was very quick and attentive and always polite and friendly. As it got busier, the service became...a bit slower and it was harder to get served for additional drinks or ask for the bill. The food was good and tasty and pretty well priced for hotel prices and in central London. Some items - namely drinks - a little pricey. The location was really handy and convenient for public transport. Recommend.More
The bar serves food and normal drinks until 10pm, after that you can order some drinks from the refrigerator only. We have ordered a tea with some snacks. It was served nicely in pots, and deserts were good. The staff in the bar are cheerful...and polite. But being located at the city center you could expect more flexibility with the timing of the services.More

The food was very tasty, with a wide range of dishes. The food was delivered fast, and it was still hot, fresh and tasty; the atmosphere was also a plus. They also provided a kids menu.
Excellent. We enjoyed an absolutely delicious meal here. The aubergine caponata with burrata was absolutely outstanding. Spotted atrio from the street by their lights. Everybody very friendly and welcoming. The food and service absolutely outstanding. Suitable for children with a decent menu. Loved my experience here

We have visited the restaurant twice as a family during our stay at the hotel and have been treated so well and looked after. The choices are fantastic and as a gluten free diner I’ve been well informed of my options as well as having...delicious choices. Big shout out to Syed who has looked after us absolutely brilliantly and Gustavo who is enthusiastic every time we see him as well as taking time with us and our children! We look forward to seeing you both at our next visit! We travel a lot and stay at some of the world’s top hotels. It takes a lot for me to write a review on here but these two guys have gone above and beyond for us this week and deserve recognition for how good they are at their jobs!
