Lovely Hidden Gem In West London

We are big fans of both Bertotti cafes. The food is delicious and all home made, while the staff is always very friendly. We feel right at home! Would highly recommend it 👌🏼

The best cappuccino in London !

I go to the shop almost daily to get my morning coffee fix. When I travel away I never seem to get equally great coffee so I miss it. This should explain how good their coffee is. They have home made pastries, paninis, sandwiches and...cakes and great choice of icecream. My fabourite is hazelnut and pistachio. We are so lucky to have this shop around in the neighbourhood. :-)More

Best ice cream topped with a glass of Prosecco

Very cute shop with a truly authentic Italian flair to it. Had the best ice cream in a long time and then treated myself to a glass of Prosecco. Literally perfect combination. Also amazing and super friendly staff.

Good spot to work and have a good coffee

I was looking for nice plaice to do some work, I found this lovely cafe in Goldhawk rd just across the road from the station, I have a delicious scramble eggs with bruscheta very good

Fab coffee with friendly service - ice creams look good

Just great coffee - they also do great looking ice creams & snacks. Waffles panini, all day breakfast and brunch. Even licensed!

Dirty and poor customer service

This place needs a proper clean, bathroom is disgusting. The coffee shop needs refurbishment ASAP. Stuff not friendly at all
