I had time to kill prior to catching my train so had a couple of pints here. It’s a lovely traditional pub with a 19th century setting. There’s no getting away from the fact that London is an expensive place to have a beer, but...More

Asked for a flat white. Got this coffee flavoured water (see pics) and a milk jug covered in dust and stains. Don't offer a coffee to people if you can't make it.

Excellent Sam Smiths pub located in Fitzrovia. Prices only a touch dearer than at home on the Lancashire coast. Which is amazing for London. Major history with this pub as well. Refurbished since our last visit. Beautifully done as well. If your eating go upstairs...More

Popped in late morning after a stroll around Fitzrovia. The pub has beautiful victorian style fixtures and fittings, and although we were the only 2 people in there (11.50am) we received a warm welcome from the landlady.and details of the refurb. Would like to go...More

Their fish was probably prepared 2 weeks ago and re-heated, the peas had a bad taste and the Samuel Smith beer was worse. Just avoid

Went in at 9pm for drinks with two friends. There were two other people in the entire pub. The barmaid (small brunette) saw us at the bar yet chose to ignore us and carry on chatting to her workmate (dressed as an elf). After a...More

Spent an afternoon catching up with a friend. It was quiet upstairs so they were happy to let us sit on a couple of beers for ages before we had lunch. We had the beef burger and steak and ale pie, both delicious. Pie came...More

Ground floor like a pub but try the first floor for a more relaxed atmosphere. Been twice now to meet friends before we went out to a local restaurant

This sophisticated and sociable slice of Central
London is a shopper’s paradise, offering the latest
fashions, gadgets, and souvenirs. Fitzrovia is
conveniently located between the major retail
thoroughfares of Regent Street to the west and
Tottenham Court Road to the east, with a handful of
well connected Tube stations dotted around the area
for easy transport. This neighbourhood is a favorite
