My sister and I visited Bella Italia on the Strand for lunch on Saturday 20 May 2017. It was busy but we were given a choice of tables and we chose a table upstairs. We had hardly reached the table when the waiter (Gabriel) appeared with the menus and asked us for our drinks order. We asked for a few... More

The service was brilliant and the dishes just yummy! Very good timing even when the restaurant was busy on a Saturday evening. The best was the new dessert chocolate brownie that our waitress Andrea recommend us. Definitely will come back in the next visit to London.

Excellent pizzas. Not sparse on the ingredients. Not so common in many pizzerias in the country. Dessert was excellent. That's rare enough to be mentioned in this country as well. We took the cheapest £15 Red wine bottle which happens to be good even on a French scale of standard red wines. Good and friendly service. Nice decoration and in... More

We often visit various branches of Bella Italia as the food and service has always been excellent. We have visited the Strand twice and although the food is very good the service is disappointing. We did not get the dessert we had ordered ( altho' it was very nice!) and the bill was presented to us and then taken away... More

We arrived a little earlier than our booking and our waiter Ibrahim was keen to offer us the best table for our needs, patiently explaining the benefits of each option. Good menu choice including Gluten Free options. All meals perfectly prepared, tasty and timely. Would visit again, made to feel very comfortable, Ibrahim was the perfect Maitre D.

We ate here on a family weekend break to London after a *very* disappointing experience down the road. If you have ever been to a Bella Italia then you know that it is a good mid-range chain eatery. This place takes all the best bits of that formula and matches it to a great central London location, friendly staff and... More

Having walked round London admiring the sights we arrived about 8.30pm with 2 tired and hungry teens. Warm and friendly welcome from the team who quickly took drinks order and returned with them. Food was ordered and brought back quickly. Very tasty and we paid and were on our way in no time. Great for a quick meal in central... More

The waiter was so kind and friendly as he served us before the 100 or so students that had just arrived. The food was as is always at any Bella Italia consistently tasty and enjoyable. Ideal position on the Strand opposite The Adelphi Theatre.where we had just been.
