2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed yesterday NEW

Visited with friends on a weekday evening, the food wasn't great, portions are small, service was slow and to top it off the prices were high for what we got. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't be visiting again.

Had a nice Indian curry at masala zone in soho because come on that's what you do in London - eat curry. It was good. Met my fix for curry in London. Got the lamb rhogan josh which was not too spicy and was delicious. My friend got the butter chicken which was divine. Interestingly the sangria was quite good... More

Not impressed - they are trying too hard to make Indian food something it isn't. The choice is limited, the portion sizes are small and prices are crazy! I asked for my dish to be a little more spicy and was told it can't be changed! Won't be back

The restaurant is located in middle of Soho, 5 minutes walk from Piccadilly Circus. The staff are nice and welcoming and they asked us if we have been here before, just to make us comfortable and explain the menu which was nice. Our waiting staff recommend us some nice dishes from the menu. The food was authentic and it was... More

3 of us went to Masala Zone on a Sunday afternoon. We were nicely greeted and got shown to our table. Nice spice aromas filled the air. The atmosphere was good. We ordered the Talli dish that gives you a small portion of curry of your choice. Included in the Talli is your choice of bread or rice and some... More

My acupuncturist - who's a regular visitor to London and this restaurant - recommended a visit whilst celebrating our Silver wedding anniversary in the city. We're so glad we listened to him. We arrived in time for an early evening dinner - no reservation had been made but we were shown to a seat immediately upon arrival. To guarantee a... More

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
