In an attractive double fronted building, Coco Momo is decorated in a classic modern style, the colour scheme muted and warm with furniture built in sturdy dark wood and high backed banquettes upholstered in soft greys and green. Opening at 9am, Coco Momo is a favourite breakfast destination, serving favourite continental and British dishes including what some refer to as the best Eggs Benedict in town. As the day goes on, Coco Momo becomes a bustling lunch room with good value, fresh food served to Londoners grabbing…

Horrific customer service, 4 times between 4pm and 5pm we were told to hurry up because the table was reserved at 6:30pm. Every time we went to the bar additionally we were told. We counted 9 times before they kicked us out at 5:45pm by...More

With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming
and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.

There is a full menu available in the evening. As it's open late I cannot imagine that only small plates would be offered though, if I were planning on eating at that time of the evening, I would call ahead to check!
