Absolutely delicious food, great service, amazing birthday meal! We're veggie and big Ottelenghi fans, we shared 5 small plates plus a dessert each, everything we ate was amazing. Thank you!

My friends and I were looking for a pleasant place to meet up after 9 years, and as I had been at NOPI before I thought that would be ideal. Food was delicious, but very small to share between the three of us - we...have order as recommended by the waitress who served us. The service was rather poor, we have felt like being rushed to leave. We do think 1 1/2 hour for lunch and dessert, tea and Coffee is reasonable. If we wanted to have fast food we certainly wouldn’t have chosen NOPI. The staff keep coming clean the table and we got the bill without asking for it. We have left hot tea in the cup. Awful service! Won’t be coming back and certainly don’t recommend.More

Awkward service, over salted, poor quality small portions made this a disappointing lunch. I have been to this restaurant a few times before and it has always been excellent. The atmosphere is great but today food was really disappointing . My companion, had never been...before and like me has been a regular at other Ottolenghi restaurants. It is the first time ever I haven’t enjoyed one of themMore

Lively restaurant with attentive and knowledgeable staff. The starter dishes were particularly delicious, loved the burrata and courgette frittas. All the vegetable dishes are so tasty even the meat eating makes in my family approved!

Frankly I’m astonished by my visit to this restaurant. It was a birthday treat to a venue that I have been so excited to visit. Long story short, we were disappointed by the food and value for money. But that happens, sometimes places don’t live...up to expectation. One thing really spoiled it though…. At the end of the meal, a little birthday treat with a candle was placed in front of me. After I had blown the candle out the plate was passed to my sister who was the only one in the party who had ordered a pudding! This is wrong on so many levels, especially at the moment! We have complained about this incident, via this forum, because frankly we couldn’t believe it. The comments were taken seriously and a very apologetic lady promised to get the management team at the restaurant to respond. That response however was unapologetic and pointed the finger at us - saying we had said we would share the dessert. That is a lie! We did not discuss sharing at all, between ourselves or with the staff. I know this to be a fact because I don’t eat sugar.More

Went my sister for her birthday. We love the cookery books, and I’m very familiar with the food style but we were very disappointed with the food we were served on the day. The portions were tiny, the flavours very odd, and the only dish...that I really liked was the cheese tart. Do you add insult to injury, my sister received a ‘happy birthday’ decorated dessert with a candle in it, which actually turned out to be my dessert which was then handed to me once she had blown the candle out on it. Not terribly hygienic especially in the face of a pandemic. Won’t be going back sadlyMore

I had two excellent and interesting dishes - roasted aubergine and cod - both cooked to perfection. But the restaurant itself is hectic with bad acustics and the smartass waiters are pushy; far from what I thought wad the Ottolenghi idea of warm and welcoming...dining experience.More

As a massive fan I was given a voucher for Christmas, my husband and I went … the staff seemed well versed in what they needed to advice … treat as a meze around 5 courses… We chose nuts for start, 2 veg courses and...two meat The aubergine and beetroot were served cold??? And tapas size plates with prices that reflected main courses… 3 rounds of aubergine, cold aubergine!! Beetroot delicious but time portion…, Main cod and poussin, both delicious, but not even enough for 1!!! We felt cheated, my present and my hero both dashed and do disappointed. Very expensive, I would say taking advantage of true fans and soooo disappointed and upset with my experienceMore

Went to Nopi for a special birthday meal and were disappointed by the food. Seems complacent. Cold starters. Main course lamb overcooked.

It is not on the menu, but if in the kitchen fridge I am sure they would serve if asked.

They do allow children inside but I would not take a two year old there. I would not consider it to be a child friendly environment.
