We had time to eat before a train home and wisely settled on kolossi - we were given a 'delighter' as soon as we sat down - some vegetables and dips - very thoughtful. The food and service was excellent - I guess it is a family business, and after we had eaten we were given some complimetary fruits. Would... More

This is a popular greek restaurant for locals and tourists. The food comes quickly. A meal for two and a bottle of wine around £70. Would happily go there again, but we wanted to try others nearby.

I was hesitant to go in as it was empty. I need not have worried. Free starter a most tender lamb as a main course. A nice glass of wine and gentle background music

Chicken was okay, but not great. Owner wasn't really nice and they kept the door open and didn't close it - it was so cold. Not the best place to eat.

Had a dinner there and the meal was okay. It not something I (or anybody) couldn't do myself nor was it particularly greek. (Lived in Greece). Staff was very friendly even that it seemed like that her boss wasn't nice to her in front of the customers. The portion size wasn't great. We left hungry wondering why did we pay... More

Friendly staff. Nice food. We got a table fast and got some bread, olives and yoghurt on the table. Very nice. The food came very fast. We also got som fresh fruits, strawberries, bananas and grapes, for dessert, for free. The children loved it. Very healthy.

Eaten in this restaurant many times over perhaps 30 years (even when it was called something else as part of the Sofia Hotel). Brilliant little unpretentious Greek grill. It has recently been redecorated and the menu simplified for the masses, but still good value and great authentic food. Don't expect Greek complex home cooking - very traditional grill dishes -... Waiter trying to pull people off the street but a couldn't care less attitude once seated. Had the penne arrabiata which was bland and was overcharged for on the bill. The lamb cutlets were okay. Despite all the Greek paraphernalia said they did not do Greek coffee.

The experience from beginning to end was pleasant and wonderful. We were greeted at the door and seated immediately. Complimentary olives and pita bread were provided as we ordered. The calamari dish was delicious and perfectly seasoned. Dessert was also complimentary to us as well. Overall very friendly and welcoming environment, speedy service, and delicious food.

We walked in here through a happy accident, we had just been to a place on the same street and had a horrible experience and then a man started hassling us on the street and we wanted to get away from him so we ran into the closest door, happy days because it was Kolossi we ran into. As soon... More
