We had various dishes from medium hot (Madras praws) to very mild (chicken tikka masala). Very friendly, enough space and spent 60 Pounds incl. a bottle of portugese rose

Checked out reviews before going and decided this should be a good place to eat. We were not disappointed. We arrived close to 6pm. Reception was very welcoming. Good for H, the manager. Wide range of choice on the menu. I opted for recommendation of a milder dish (cannot remember the name) to the one I first considered selecting and... More

The staff were very friendly and helpful - explaining the menu in detail. The prices are very reasonable. We had fairly mild curries with rice and naan bread. All delicious.

This place was everything I hoped for. We negotiated to get 20% off our meals and a free drink each, and then ordered papadums with chutneys, tandoori curry, and a chicken korma. The korma is one of the best I've ever had, and everything we tasted was fantastic. This was also one of our most affordable dinners in London. It's... More

We were planning a trip to Brick Lane for a curry and looked at Tripadviser for some suggestions. Muhib had loads of good reviews so thought we would try it. Glad we did. Four of us had a great meal on a very busy Friday evening. Swift friendly service and lovely food. Will be back.

We were part of a small group (12) booked into this restaurant after an organised 'City Walk'. We arrived at 9.00p.m. and it was rammed. We squeezed into our reserved table. Being so busy it was very loud but obviously well frequented. The service was prompt - good for a group booking - and the food was very good and... More

Plagued by people asking us to come into their restaurant's - went for the Muhib as it had a Trip Advisor recommendation outside and the place was packed! So glad we did because it was the best curry I've ever had. The tout outside was also the least irritating. Absolutely delicious!

Staying in Spitalfields

Neighbourhood Profile
For a glimpse of Georgian and Victorian London at its most pristine, or a peek into what's apt to be the next big global trend, the hipster zone of Spitalfields can provide hours of amazement. Around the clock, this is a haven for early morning bargain hunters sizing up its street markets, foodie foragers throughout the day, or late night revelers hitting some of London's most popular bars and clubs.

Wedged between the business-minded City of London, expressly trendy Shoreditch, and zestful Whitechapel, the lines between traditional and contemporary beautifully blur in this historic East End nexus.
