We found this lovely restaurant through TripAdvisor, it was my wife's parents 60th wedding anniversary and we needed somewhere to eat before seeing the Tina Turner show. My wife spoke to the owner who was very helpful and kind. They offer to make a cake...for special occasions which they did and was a wonderful surprise for her parents. The little restaurant was fantastic and very authentic, if it wasn't a cold January evening in London you could quite imagine you were in Italy. I had the set menu with a homemade pork terraine followed by a seafood spaghetti which had cuttlefish ,mussels, prawns. Great value for money for £16. My mother in law had the same main but the rustic bean and chicken pea soup for starter. My wife and her father had chestnut and mushroom tagliatelle. With wine and beers and bread and oil it was £110 . Great value, great quality and fantastic service.More

I ate here on new year’s eve as a nice dinner and was ruined by old microwaved food :(wouldn’t come back.Jm not a hard to please person however this was inedible and i sat there not being able to finish my very expensive meal and...the waiter just judged as i left my half eaten dinner due to the fact it would’ve been unenjoyable i didn’t complain because i’m not one to moan but now i recollect i’m shocked i paid for something that bad could’ve had better from tesco’s everyday value ready meals.More

Good Evening Francereviews. We're sorry to hear your disappointment RE our Vincisgrassi. However it's not clear from the wording of the review what kind of issue the dish might have had, so I can not add anything effective to this discussion. I can only say...More

We travelled from Dorset to London yesterday to see a show, and had a table booked at this restaurant for five of us including my 80 year old parents. We had a table booked at 4pm and this was confirmed by email on 16th December....Arrived at 4pm to find that the restaurant was closed!! Luckily managed to get a table elsewhere. We passed Rossodisera on the way to the theatre after our meal at the other restaurant (just in case they opened later) but they were still closed. All it would have taken was an email or phone call to inform us that they were unable to open. Not great I’m afraid 😳More

Good Evening Susanejobling, We're terribly sorry to read about your disappointment, particularly because it affected an elder person. Obviously the missing notification about the restaurant closure for that day is due to a human error which we apology for, all the other reservation had been...More

Managed to get seated without reservation. Try the Italian soda. Had the bruschetta, stuffed olives, carbonara and vegetable stew. Finished with chocolate salame. Everything was served promptly and tasted delicious. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend this place.

Great cozy meal in the centre of London. I’ve been for lunch with my girlfriend and a very friendly and bilingual staff (English and Italian) welcomed us despite not having a reservation. The 2-course and 3-course set menus are a delight, as well as the...rest of the menu. Price is for value is perfectly balanced and I would totally totally recommend it for anyone that wants an authentic Italian (and, more specifically, Marchigiano) meal in London.More

It is the second time within 3 weeks that we had dinner at rosso di sera. We had the zuppa, the ham and cheese crescia, the lasagne and the lamp. Everything was delicious, good portions and great quality of ingredients. The tiramisu is fantastic! Cherry...on top, their bread is amazing! If you want to have Italian food you should definitely try rosso di sera!More

My second time coming to Rossodisera and it is a truly authentic Italian restaurant. I recommend the Olive all'ascolana and any pasta dish.
