I dropped in with friends on our way to Chelsea Flower Show a few weeks ago and all chose different items from the prix fixe menu (£30 for 2 courses from memory). Everyone was pleased with their choices - I had the mussels to start...More

Another great meal at the medlar. Food is Michelin star quality. Staff are fantastic and attentive without being over bearing. Had the veal and the beef it was all superb. Enjoy it more than Chez Bruce and a lot of the other more traditional offerings....More

Medlar is our favorite London restaurant. Super friendly service with exceptional menu, food and service. The wine list is obviously made with concern and love. The dishes are exceptional. Not pretentious. What a stellar experience. A top 10 favorite for us in the world.

We booked on a Sunday, outstanding quality and the fixed price menu on a Sunday is great value. Everything was so tasty and cooked to perfection. I had the crab raviolo and beef rump with snails, my partner had the asparagus starter and the guinea...More

Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's
upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops,
eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at
its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely
unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this
showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price
tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down
pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal

I took my dogs there (terrier and spaniel). Rang first to make sure. I don't think they are keen on large dogs, but ok with small ones
