Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Everyone that works here is unpleasant. My friend and I came here for lunch after spending £700 downstairs at the spa. The waiter was unfriendly from the start. Our order was mixed up and there was no apology. Instead, the manager kept asking if we...wanted him to put the order through again (Yes, that is why we mentioned it. My friend cannot eat gluten!). Then we had to wait an hour for our food (salads!). Again no apology. And they charged us for everything (well they gave us coffee for free). An expensive, unpleasant lunch. And the food is not even good.More

The restaurant is situated within Corinthian Hotel. Just adjacent is a large vaulted bar room with acres of space. In addition to that bar there is a smaller intimate cocktail bar all within the hotel. As a restaurant it’s superb but let’s talk about Sunday...lunch only. Incredible value for 2 or 3 courses with very generous portion sizes and an assortment of potatoes and vegetables again in generous portions. The choice are standard, chicken, pork, beef, fish and vegan. The quality of the meat is excellent. The service and staff are also on hand delivering excellent professionalism one would expect from a top hotel. One of the best Sunday roasts bar none.More

Went to Northall restaurant for a business dinner. Great fine dinning restaurant with prices to match, but definetly worth it!Our meal here was absolutely stunning and the service was phenomenal. Wines were also great, in par with the quality of the restaurant. For business or...special events this is the restaurant to go.More

Such a nice location which goes some way to justifying the high cost. But our food, a quick business lunch, arrived cold. And the service was just terrible for a hotel restaurant at this level

Truly amazing experience…. It’s funny as you age sometimes you think I will never enjoy something more than your favorite memory ! This trip to London keeps surprising me. We met some of the most amazing bartenders and hosts that in all my 63 years...of life are at the top of my list!!! The bar was incredible, the hotel and staff were beyond any expectations… thank you to Rory Moore, Eline Andre, and Matteo L for making me realize you can keep making better and better memories !! If I could give Northall a 6 star I would!More

Beautiful bar and lovely all year round, kept to a very high standard all the time. We like to sit at the bar - big, comfortable stools and great atmosphere. All the team are attentive and helpful, brilliant service, the cocktails are excellent. Lovely free...bar snacks every time. The bar food has a good selection and is also excellent quality. Very relaxing away from the hustle bustle all around.More

A hugely overpriced and underwhelming experience. The bill for two people came to over £400, for just ok food, nowhere near its fine dining label. Were it not for decent drinks and good service, the evening would have been a complete washout. Please re-consider your...price point, as there are many, many better restaurants in London and I’ve not been to one worse for value. A real shame.More

My son and I went there for dinner on Saturday. The staff - from the reception area to everyone on the floor - was extremely professional, amicable, and knowledgeable. We loved the oysters, filet mignon (beef), tuna tartare (ponzu sauce was a little too salty...do Japanese standard), and cheesecake. The ambience was beautiful but the dishes and service surpassed our expectations.More

Great customer service, food was quick. The waiter was very helpful and friendly. Food was great my Mrs had the grilled octopus, which was amazing. I wasn't overly impressed with the sea bass but my Mrs lamb shoulder was amazing. So overall a great experience.

Yow will find here London’s best Sunday Roast. Try other restaurants before as I did. And then go to Corinthia Hotel for Sunday Roast and judge for yourself.

Wonderful friendly yet professional service from Aileen (very sweet lady from France). We called in for a nice glass of wine and a break from the hustle and Bustle of central London. So pleased we did. It was so comfortable, the choice of wine was...lovely but it’s the service that made us decide to stay longer. Thank you Aileen and we hope to visit again soon!More

I booked a Sunday lunch for myself and 9 other guests, all friends and family. We were warmly greeted and immediately shown to our table. We were very fortunate to have Julio & Boyan (sincerely hope that I have correctly spelt their names) look after...us all afternoon. Julio mentioned that he had joined only a year ago but we were all impressed by his enthusiasm and knowledge. He certainly knew how to look after his guests! Well done! We all ordered the Sunday roast with the side dishes too and all was delicious. Boyan then presented the dessert buffet and highlighted all the opinions. He even arranged a selection of his favourites and brought them over for us all to enjoy! Again, wonderful and memorable service. Thank you once again to all the Team at The Northall for making our event so special and of course, a special mention for Julio & Boyan for being so awesome!!More
