Went for dinner with my wife. The food was good quality and tasty. Not all that we ordered came at the same time with is quite annoying. We will go again.

Went for lunch with a friend, the staff are really slow at responding. My main was watery and tastless. We asked three different members of staff for the bill, after 10 minuites we went up to the till. The waiter added service automatically to the...More

When MasQMenos had closed down without letting any customer know who had booked with them, our party crossed the road and went into Kimchee which we had tried many years ago. There is a lively atmosphere (which means it is noisy and crowded) but the...More

I loved the look of the place. It is very well decorated, and the ambience is wonderful. It feels like a modern Korean restaurant, the seatings are very well organised, and it looks as aesthetics have been made a priority with the placement of statues,...More

The food was quite good, but the service was slow, and we had to wait and call them several times, to order, to get water, to get a second cup when we ordered tea for two. It's nice, but nothing extraordinary.

The whole experience at Kimchee was, in simple terms, appalling. Never before have I felt compelled to walk out of a restaurant but congratulations to Kimchee for being the first. Upon arrival the service was questionable, merely being signalled by a server from about 7...More

I like going in this restaurant. The menu presents a wide choise of dishes: I usually enjoy a dish called "Jajang myeon" made with black beans and Tofu Kimchi, slightly spicy, but very good. I also like a dessert made of chocolate and rice. The...More

It gets busy in evening, especially on fridays, so advance booking is recommended. Usual wait time is 10-30 mins if not booked in advance.

Authentic korean food in the heart of london. Set in sumptious interiors, Kimchee provides a beautiful atmosphere in which to enjoy elegantly presented Korean cuisine. Set in mid-town (on High Holborn, between Holbron tube and Chancery Lane tube); Kimchee presents a lively atmosphere in which to share a business lunch, a group outing on a late weekend lunch, or sip some fusion cocktails over some sharing platters on a night out.
