Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We booked afternoon tea to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Maria and Ifran were absolutely fantastic and organised gluten free sandwiches and delicious vegetarian options. Service was first class and we thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon. The pianist was exceptional and played all afternoon. Definitely recommend as...a treat.More

Palm court is a lovely spot for afternoon tea! My favorite was the chocolate coffee tart- to die for! Not crowded either. Great service from Sadia. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed a great afternoon tea at the Palm Court. Tasty sandwiches, scrumptious scones and delicious cakes (especially the pineapple pastry). We tried out teas that were new to us, we were offered refills for everything ( we had extra sandwiches) and all in the...very pretty art deco tea room. The staff were really friendly, attentive and helpful- great service. A pianist played throughout which was wonderful and really added to the atmosphere. We really had a lovely time, would highly recommend.More

My two daughters wanted to experience an authentic British afternoon tea, and the Palm Court was the perfect place to do it. Reservations were easy, the space was elegant, the food was delicious. In hindsight, my younger daughter would not have chosen the kids menu,...but it was still fun to see the variety of things offered. The beef Wellington sandwich was the best bite of food I had in all of London, and the experience was one of our favorites in Europe.More

Sadia was very sweet & attentive. I think she knew this was my Mother’s Day treat. Although I was alone, she made it special by offering to bring me more of whatever I wanted & offering to take my photo etc. Thanks to her it...was a lovely experience.🩷More
