Me and 3 friends took a very last minute trip to London from Essex for NYE 2021. We managed to find a hotel in Kensington and then went looking for a bar. For miles around, this pub was the only place with music on and...such an amazing atmosphere!! The staff were amazing, manager allowed us to bring some food in after walking around London for hours looking for somewhere. Felt like being back at home with some amazing friends met along the way and such good prices for a London pub. Already planning another trip to Kensington just to go back to this pub. 5 stars all around.More

Terrible, heartless manager who I have consistory heard verified stories of not paying staff. Young, hardworking teenagers included. Refusal to clear disabled toilets so they can be used, too. Very average food. Go anywhere else but here. We don’t need to support places who treat...people so poorly.More

We stayed in a hotel nearby and were looking for a place to have a late dinner and grab a beer. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and the burger and beer were great. PS: The French Fries were exceptional!

We came in looking for drinks. We ordered some spirits with mixers on the bar and all our drinks was coming without ice, so we asked if we can have them with ice. Bartender told us they got no ice...ehm, ok cool, sure we are...happy to pay full price for spirit drinks and drink it hot. We sit down just next to the window and during the time we was there, good amount of 10 public people just came in and out to use the toilets downstairs. Great health and safety standards during current situation, that anyone can come to this place and use toilets, which suppose to be meant being available for paying customers only. Cherry on the top of the cake was when homeless guy pop in and start bother us about giving him change or pay for food. Never in my life, thanks. Such a poor place, was not feeling safe spending time over there at all.More

Sure, just being a tourist on holiday, I could have landed at any of the food service places in the Earls Court area, but I lucked into Prince of Teck. The menu selections were expansive, the beer list lengthy, but it was the staff that...made the first and subsequent visits so memorable. The kitchen turns out respectable pub grub with generous portions. I asked for a beer recommendation for my dinner meal and was rewarded with a brew that went well with my selection. I returned for breakfast twice and asked for and received a customized service that filled me up. The owner was always present, making sure things were running smoothly. Everybody involved was welcoming and gracious. Because this is being written as the COVID19 crisis has shut everything down, you probably can't show up on the next Saturday to experience what I did, but once things normalize, if you're in the vicinity, Prince of Teck is well worth the effort for food and drink and friendly companionship.More

With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque
white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's
easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with
superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and

child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to

such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming

The Prince of Teck does not show TV/sports - you may have to ask around the area. There is an Aussie sports bar in Wimbledon, called "The Slug".
