We have eaten there several times, upscale British fare, and each time has been delicious and the service friendly!

Came here after having a terrible experience at the pub down the street. The bartenders were super friendly and attentive. Quick service. Great drinks. Casual and relaxed atmospheres.

This is my first really negative review on TripAdvisor and I’m still genuinely shocked about how awful my experience was at this pub. The service was appalling, the girl behind the bar was spaced out and couldn’t remember who was next multiple times and was...More

Food is good pub food, nothing fancy. We ate both breakfast and dinner here during a visit with a large group of Americans. We had organized and reserved ahead of time, and they did a great job of getting our food to us in a...More

Warm welcome on arrival and we had lunch here. Went for Matador Pie (Steak, Chorizo and Butterbean), Mash and Veg and it was really good. Nicely presented, super tasty and possibly one of the best pies I have ever had (and I am fussy). Comfortable...More

Visited with family for breakfast. Cold plates, 1/2 ingredients cold (beans, mushrooms, tomato), hair in daughter's egg. Staff not interested. Who would think you could still get such bad breakfasts in 2018? We reported cold ingredients, and were told manager said we didn't have to...More

I went here for breakfast. Ordering at the bar was fine, the person who served me was friendly and efficient. But then my breakfast was served at the table. Not as described. No portobello mushrooms, no butter for the toast, toast very undercooked, eggs overdone....More

Stopped here for drinks before the match. The place has reasonable selection of beers. The service was good. The atmosphere was welcoming. Seating arrangements was good. Bouncers on the door but they were nice and polite. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here.

South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque
white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's
easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with
superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and
Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely
child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to
mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall)
such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming

The Prince of Teck does not show TV/sports - you may have to ask around the area. There is an Aussie sports bar in Wimbledon, called "The Slug".
