Twenty four hours later my blood is still boiling.I went with my family 4 adults and 3 children last night We sat down and ordered food and all of a sudden the waiter said we had not ordered enough so we explained we had eaten...earlier and if it wasn’t enough food we would order more, but NO This waiter was implying our order was big enough cash wise. We had placed a £80 order but that shouldn’t matter like we said we had eaten earlier and would order more if we were still hungry.He was having none of it and said we need to order more or leave. After a small argument we left feeling humiliated,I was with my family and I felt embarrassed. I have never ever been turned away for not ordering enough regardless of the size of the order what about families that are on tight budgets at the moment.Durum restaurant shame on you you should never make any feel like you made me feel last night😡More

Dürüm Restaurant is a great place, the food is served and the staff are terrific, the prices are affordable.

After our day out on Xmas Day we were glad to find Restaurants open on our way home. Friendly staff; shared a starter and mains. Enjoyed the food and rather expensive bottles of Ale. Good experience but perhaps too expensive for locale and the actual...food so unlikely to return.More

I bought a couple of chicken shish. Where should I start? The salad was a minuscule portion, stale, discoloured and limp. The bread was the worst I’ve ever had in a Turkish restaurant. Literally looked and tasted like paper. The chicken was less than a...skewer. For the princely amount of £12 each. My companion lifted the takeaway containers and asked where the rest of it was. And to top it off I got a stomach upset after eating the food. Celebrated the arrival of spring yesterday by dining wonderfully well in Durum, bright fresh delicious food and caring, attentive, friendly, efficient service being the perfect way to welcome in the season of sunshine. My husband and I shared the mixed hot meze plate as our...starter, and later I had the chicken livers which i recommend highly. Visited London for my birthday and booked this restaurant for a family meal (7 of us). Food was ok, had better but when I paid the bill, they had overcharged me by £64.50!!! Unable to sort the issue so have me a refund in cash....Beware if you are drinking, you may also be overcharged!!!! Very disappointedMore

After over 20 years living in Finchley and enjoying many meals in Durum Ocakbasi the local Turkish restaurant, we have been very disappointed in our last two visits and will not go there anymore. In our recent visits, the quality of food has been very...poor. There was almost no services. The amount of food on the plates reduced to bare minimum and their prices nearly doubled.
