Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Excellent menu and fast service. Ample parking and supermarket next door was useful to stock up the required items at home.

I have been going to their branch in Milton Keynes for sometime and usually the quality is good. However I bought some dhokla at the weekend. I am convinced they had been frozen & thawed. They came from a chiller. When I got home and...tried to eat them they were soggy to the extent there was water at the bottom of the container. I have just tried to speak to them on the phone and was told there is always water in the container. I dont believe it. I had to throw the whole lot as they were inedibleMore

A fantastic restaurant, beautifully located adjacent to the mandir with ample parking facilities. Food of the highest quality with a large variety of tasty and scrumptious dishes. Portions a little small and prices excessive in comparison to size but cannot fault the taste or quality....Adjacent supermarket is equally pricey but a good find and the largest selection of vegetarian items found thus far with modern twists and fusions. Highly recommended. Good ambience and well maintained.More

Took my mum here for her birthday and were very impressed by the food. We shared lots of interesting and tasty dishes you don't get at your local indian take away. Enjoyed all the food but especially liked the pea Kachoris starter and the methi...sweetcorn main course. Very reasonable bill as only a little over £100 for four of us. Highly recommended.More

When we sit down to eat at Shayona's restaurant, it feels like we have come home and then we miss home. The taste is just like home.

We had lunch on Sunday 13th November 2022. Considering the size of our party (20 plus) we were served very efficiently. The starter were tasty and quite large portions. Tip: order the main course after as you may be filled and not need them!😀 We...were served with a very young capable waitress who responded with a smile to our individual needs. I would recommend booking early as it gets very busy at weekends…especially at lunch time.More

This food is simply incredible. Had a few items and they were all amazing. It is attached to a grocery store which imo adds to the character and authenticity of this place. It also means you can shop for fun items you may not see...every day. Everyone there seems super nice and happy to be there. It's also across the street from the awesome BAPS temple which makes this a must visit while in London! Highly recommend!More

This restaurant had the best naan beads I've ever had alongside delicious curries. My favourite was the paneer curry. Good speedy service on top of the good food!

We used to visit now and again at lunchtime. The variety of dishes is reminiscent of a Gujarati thali, but served buffet style. This wasn't available for a long time, of course, because of the pandemic, but now it is back! The choice of dishes...seems to be slightly less than before, in particular there was only one salad. But it is still tasty homestyle cooking. Prices have increased slightly, the lunchtime deal is now GBP11.95 plus 10pc service charge. Maybe not quite as good value as before, but still worth a visit, especially if you have been to the temple next door, or stocked up in the huge Indian supermarket on the same premises.More

Positives - best place for a quick bite if you are tired after the mandir visit. The positives of the place ends there Negative - The owner/cashier doesn't care about customer service. - The restaurant was not busy and service was very very slow. -...Never ever buy a coffee or tea here. Indian masala chai was served with hotwater and tea bag. Really?? Especially when the location is Wembley area. - The food items tasted very very average. Again since you are in Wembley you will be spoiled for better food choices and prices. Please look for other options in and around Wembley area - The air con was not working, it was hot. I believe it was switched off as there were not many customers. - The worst of all is 10% service charge was added without any notice for such bad service. I wish I had seen this charge when I was as the restaurant.More

The 'help yourself' buffet used to be wonderful with lots of variety, plenty of different dishes on offer, a choice of hot and cold desserts, various salads and a soft drink thrown in. It's all changed, sadly for the worse! We went for the lunch...buffet and Í must say it was very poor, compared to before. The choice of dishes was less than half of what it used to be, the food quality was awful with watery, tasteless dhaals, the cheapest vegetables like potatoes used in nearly every curry, and a few squares of cold, solidified halva for dessert. Very disappointing indeed. The only nice items on the whole selection were the samosas and a dry, spiced potato dish. We definitely won't be returning for the buffet and this has gone downhill so much, but maybe their a la carte menu is still good...More
