Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

22-Oct-23: Visited for Sunday lunch as a party of four with a reservation. Portions are enormous so I recommend sharing dishes, especially starters, between two. Food is fine. Plain and simple. Nothing special. Decent value though. We had a table downstairs and it really needs...a refurbishment, especially the bathrooms, which are in a real state.More

Great little Italian restaurant in Soho. Warm and inviting interior. Be prepared for huge portions of very tasty pasta at a reasonable price.

I haven't been to this fantastic and authentic restaurant for years and I'm so happy that we managed to get a table. The menu is extensive as is the wine list. The portions are huge, the service is fantastic and the food is delicious. I...must also say that it was a busy Saturday afternoon and we weren't once hurried or asked if we wanted the bill. Many people around us came and went & we sat there for three hours eating and drinking. Absolutely wonderful.More

Prob the best pizza I’ve ever had outside of Italy! Portion sizes are absolutely huge, none of our party managed to finish our meal but they are very accommodating in allowing you to take your leftovers home! Staff are very friendly and give you a...very authentic Italian experience. The only downside is the toilets needed a good clean from top to bottom - felt very dirty.More

Very rude, aggressive manager-we had a reservation inc 4 children but on arrival we were told our table wasn’t ready and we needed to wait. No timescale was given and we were ushered outside. No apology, no empathy, really angry and aggressive. Luckily there are...lots of eaters nearby.More

We booked a table for 8 well in advance of the day, additionally went in the restaurant the day before to confirm and was assured all was good. when we arrived on the evening the incredibly rude manager said that we would have to wait...outside until a table was available, couldn't give us a time; said it was very busy and they couldn't hold a table. When we pointed out we were early he became very brusque and rude. Certainly can't recommend it to anyone with a big group, you need to be sure when you've got kids who are starvingMore

Open the door, go through some kind of wormhole and arrive in a backstreet pizzeria with tattoed chefs bantering in dialetti..huge blokes in flour drenched aprons joking about whatever chefs joke about. It's not Franco Manca, it's a traditional heavier dough pizza, but served piping...hot, just how a pizza should be. No nonsense, tasty, £11 for a pepperoni pizza...Great value..Great atmosphere Can't wait to bring my kids so they can listen to the background chatterMore

This place is an amazing find. Portion sizes are huge, food is so good and atmosphere fun. We had the antipasto and carrozza mozarella. 1 starter would have been ample and it arrived with hot fresh bread. Mains, spaghetti vongole and rigatoni Sofia. Again, big...bowls of pasta and lots of Parmesan. Couldn’t managed dessert, but all reasonably priced. We will be going again.More

Ate hear on Saturday evening after watching the Lord Mayor’s Show. Thankfully we pre booked as there was quite a queue. We were seated downstairs which is slightly more spacious than upstairs but it was completely full and very busy. Despite this the service was...very efficient and the staff were friendly and fun. For a restaurant in the heart of Soho and next to the West End the prices are very reasonable and the portions generous with authentic and hearty Italian food. Well worth a visit but book ahead.More

I love this place. It's always lively and is great for a quick bite before going out. There's an upstairs and a basement, so definitely ask if there's space even if upstairs looks full. The pizza is good, crispy base and loads of toppings. Plenty...of vegetarian options and a vegan pizza available.More
