Rare burgers are hard to find but these are amazing! Service was quick and the manager stopped to talk to us, she was very friendly, couldn't speak highly enough of her. Will certainly be going back!

Always very good and friendly service; some of the staff (like very charming Katina) have been there a number of years. Comfortable seating. Their burgers are excellent and there are good veggie options. Good takeaway if needed and it runs later than most of the other restaurants in the area which if needed is handy.

I went to the Byron in Old Brompton Road. I have visited this branch and was very surprised of the service and food. The staff is very friendly and very organised and professional and food was one of the best i had! I loved the B Rex burger and their new Ganghnam fries were really good! I highly recommend this... Waited to the point of walking out at the 'please wait to be seated' sign. Should read 'please wait to be noticed'. Finally got a seat and ordered the Byron burger, fries and and milkshake. Burger was average, spongy bland buns with slivers of lettuce. Good tomato and beef helpings though. Medium rare was cooked nicely. Fries were terrible, seemed... More

Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
