We had decided to have a lunch break at the Coal Hole and was the best decision we made. Pies were absolutely delicious, decent portions and variety of real ales were available to chose from.

Very nice looking pub, clean and very spacious. We enjoyed trying different kinds of traditional English beers. It was very busy but we didn't have to wait to be served for too long. Will visit again during my next trip to London for sure.

Love the traditional pies here as well as the pints. Wouldn't miss a trip to London without hitting up the Coal Hole for at least a drink or two.

Hi there Has the previous person said after 7-30 is no children, however I would recommend not going after 4-30 on a weekday because the pub get very busy with office workers having a drink after work. Hope this helps.
