Great pub to stop at for a break from shopping. We stood outside as it was hot thirsty work with all the walking we had done. The staff were really helpful & polite.

A colleague visited from our office in Wales. He suggested lunch our. Where better than my favourite local. Arrived and found a table. We were served at the bar quickly. Had a couple of pints that we'd never had before. Ordered gammon for myself and sausage and mash for my colleague. We had time for a catchup but the food... More

Stopped here for an easy lunch. We were advised to go upstairs. Service was great by a great Irish guy. Food was tasty and just what we needed. Would definitely return

I visited for lunch. I ordered and paid at the bar, I wasn't given a receipt I then queried the cost and was given £4 back - the barman had 'accidentally' added a service charge. The food was overpriced and low standard. My son had pie and mash, the mash was cut into a solid square - never again!

We went here for lunch yesterday. The gin infused salmon sandwich was nice which I had. It's a traditional pub with no fuss pub food. It was quite busy and so the bar staff could only half hear you but they were very helpful.

This is a semi regular pub for me. Whenever in London and in need or good food, nice selection of beers served by friendly helpful staff, this is the place. Highly recommended. Always good in the evening too. The Ultimate Burger (chicken) is always good. S34 photo. Just spent a lovely two hours eating drinking and reading the paper.

Stopped here for lunch whilst killing time in London. It was early and the place was quiet. We had lunch which was well cooked and served promptly. The beer was very good - I had the guest ale "Pressed Rat and Warthog".

Don't bother going here, the staff at very rude and short and sharp, plus they're not very friendly at all. I was with family and friends and asked the barman if he is OK with me playing the piano. His response was "what, you going to play twinkle twinkle" - I took that as a racist comment, especially considering that... More

We stopped here for lunch and we both decided to have the fish and chips. Our table was not very clean, but when asked, our server did clean it for us. The food was very tasty and the portion size was good. We both felt satisfied when we left. My husband did use the washroom here and warned me that... More

Ordered a single G&T and got the pricey premium gin without being asked. Obviously used to ripping off tourists shopping in Carnaby Street.

The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
