Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Lovely food plenty of drink to choose from , staff were very friendly and helpful , it was very busy while we was there , staff looked rushed if their feet , but still had a smile 😄. Defo going back my new favourite place.... Only downfall , one lady was being very rude to staff and no beds for it . Keep up the good work 💞More

Good food service and our server Ellie was very nice. The decor was very pretty and the place was clean. We went there before the rush hour and had a peaceful lunch.

Great service, atmosphere and an amazing Sunday Roast!! We were able to get a table on the spot and the staff is so organized too. The best end to our London weekend.

Great service by Ellie. Unfortunately the kitchen couldn’t get a Dessert out for an hour. Gordon Ramsay needs to pay a visit to help.

Centrally located cosy pub. Off the beaten track but always frequented by tourists and regulars alike. The pub is spread over two floors. The ground floor has a relaxed vibe and sports is shown as needed. The upstairs bar has a chilled out feeling and...is mainly used for corporate bookings during the daytime. Jessica is always welcoming and truly knowledgeable about the food and drinks served. Always available to help you out. Thanks for the great service Prince of Wales team.More

Popped in for a pint and found the pub to be quite soulless. A big room with tables and too hot. And not a typical London pub.
