Several of us came here on a Friday night. It was very busy but we managed to get a seat. Serves a good range of Fuller's ales and there was a very lively atmosphere. I would have thought it may have been a bit noisy if you were eating?

We do keep our Gallery are upstairs separate for diners and it does filter out some of the noise book a table and have some more great premium ales with some award winning food and see what I' talking... Good biers and pies, very friendly atmosphere in a big pub close to London Bridge. A bit to noisy and not many food options.

Bustling Fullers pub opposite London Bridge station. Visited Saturday lunchtime when football fans from all over the country were present, having met up, as we did, before moving on to their various matches in London. I have to stress that the atmosphere is pleasant and not in the least bit threatening. On the plus side the beer was excellent. A... More

Sat upstairs, took what seemed like an eternity to bring our drinks. Meat pie was good but the vegetarian pie contained mainly potato & I couldn't eat the chips as they were so hard, mentioned this to the waitress when she cleared our plates but she didn't seem bothered. I won't bother to return either. Shame as very handy location... More

Classy massive furniture makes you feel comfortable while enjoying the coffee/tea or food. Place gets busy but you still have your own area of comfort.

This cold weather is bringing hundreds of people in for some of our amazing Brewer Street coffee's and Hot chocolate. Before the cold weather goes get yourself back in for a hearty home made pie and more of that coffee you enjoyed so much. More

Disappointed with the food from a pub (chain) claiming that pies are their specialty. The pies are relatively small ~8-9cm across (~3") and in a cold raised pastry crust, served with mash or chips, a small side portion of vegetables and a small jug of gravy. For the price I would expect more... in fact a lot more. The pies... More

We were staying very close by and stumbled across this gem. It was buzzing at 11am on Saturday morning and had a lovely atmosphere. We ate, drank and we're quite merry. What a lovely pub 😃

The amazing food we sell along side the "pie & pint" deal that we have running at the moment is attracting loads of great customers like yourselves. We are happier then ever to hear that you had a great time and if you are ever near by again don't hesitate to pop in. More

Staying in Southwark

Neighbourhood Profile
Southwark
Even before the arrival of the instantly iconic Shard, the riverside scene in Southwark had moved well beyond any up-and-coming phase of development. For quite some time, locals and out-of-towners alike have loved browsing the boutiques of Bermondsey High Street, foraging through the bounteous stalls at centuries old foodie haven Borough Market, and flocking to the banks of the Thames to enjoy some of Britain's biggest attractions such as Tate Modern and Shakespeare's Globe. Despite Southwark's many popular draws, instant calm can be achieved easily by turning down almost any side street. For more urban buzz, a quick stroll across famed bridges like the pedestrianized Millennium Bridge or the ever photogenic Tower Bridge yields access to the very core of Central London. And with London Bridge Station as this neighbourhood's main transportation hub, getting across town (or to anywhere in England for that matter) is a relative breeze.
