Went last night before the Biffy gig. Food as good as ever. Service was a shocker. Lack of engagement, couldn't wait to get away. Plates almost thrown at us. Had to wait ages for the 4th plate of food to come out. The other three waited patiently. Had to start or ours would have been cold. Asked 3 different staff... More

First time at this chain. Menu I think is confusing and should have some more pictures. I had a chicken curry which was tasty but at near £12 it's a bit expensive. OK for fast turn around food but not a real dining event. Service was OK but waiter virtually begged for service charge to be paid. Really this style... More

The place looks good, but nothing amazing. Service was very friendly and helpful. We got our food quickly (maybe because there wasn't so many people), we orderes Ramen and yaki soba, they both tastes so amazing! I and my friend really loved it ♡ Will visit again!

My wife has been before and enjoyed her meal so I thought I would give it a go, unfortunately it was rather disappointing. My wife had the seafood ramen she had this on a previous visit to their Brighton establishment and really enjoyed it, she barely touched it and I stole a prawn that I promptly put back as it... Very disappointed to be turned away at 9:20pm despite the restaurant stating it was open until 10pm and there still being many other diners eating in the restaurant. But at The 02 there's lots of choice so had a great meal elsewhere

Food was great as always but starters and mains came at the same time except for one of our party who waited for 10 mins for theirs to show up. Then waited almost 15 mins for the bill/card reader.

Needed a Wagamama to eat at when out doing tourist things with family in London. Was at St Paul's when we looked across the road and there it was! As always. Good food. Kids loved it. Felt like I'd had some proper food with veg. Good value. Thanks

We arrived (4 of us) about 8.30 on Friday night. It was busy, but service was fine. The food, however was quite disappointing. Not much flavour and full of things I couldn't identify. Ate and left quite quickly. Won't be visiting wagamama again in a hurry

Thank Andrew R

Staying in Greenwich

Neighbourhood Profile
Greenwich Mean Time starts here, so to speak, as the very concept of global time was established at Royal Observatory, just one of several buildings of architectural interest in Greenwich. Indeed, the whole of Greenwich's historic town center, its Royal Park and a number of related buildings (and one world famous ship, the Cutty Sark) make up the UNESCO World Heritage site known as Maritime Greenwich. Today a laser beam is shot out across the night sky from the Observatory to mark the location of the Prime Meridian. Other bold (some say brash) 21st century additions to the area include landmarks such as The O2 entertainment complex (previously known as the Millennium Dome) and the Air Line cable cars, which offer scenic transport across the Thames between North Greenwich and the Royal Docks.
