My wife had a chicken dish and the chicken was very tough. We mentioned it to our lovely server and it should have been taken off the bill but it wasn’t! Our impression is that in many aspects Wagamama has gone seriously downhill.

Ordered the Chicken bites for starter and some really hot curry for the main. All in all my mouth was on fire from the main. So glad I had the carrot and ginger to cool down.
