Was helped by a fabulous member of staff, Waleed, made the whole experience extremely pleasurable. Good food and fast service too.

Whenever I want to order Nando’s from this brand that is the closest to me they never have their delivery on and claim they’re so busy . They give you false timing and tell you it will be back on in a couple minutes and it never comes back on for hours . They tend to deliver food cold and they’re just not truthful unfortunately. Better of ordering from Wandsworth nandos at least you will get your food. I used to work in Nando’s so I know they just close the Deliveroo down and never turn it back on which is very bad .

Disgusting, had chicken wings that was either uncooked or off, chips soggy and cold, What happened to you Nandos, you were my favourite restaurant and now I am off eating with you, last 3 deliveries was not great but this was top for me. Some juice coming out of them.. Blood or water? I just hope I won't be sick tonight as I ate 3 of them. Was hoping the next bite be better and it was getting worse. Sorry nandos but you have seriously disappointed me.

This has to be the worst branch I’ve ever been to and received a delivery from. The staff sloop around with no urgency or passion for what they are doing. The order is always wrong. Every time I go I say it’s going to be the last. But this time I really feel that is true

We had lunch today being the 22/8/23 ordered 2 butterflied prego burgers they arrived with no rolls a mix up with the waiter who couldn’t understand English. They took the order back and replaced them with the burgers as we had ordered but they were dry and tasteless my wife’s burger had a slice of tomato on it that looked old, mentioned this to the staff and the comment was that butterflied chicken is dry, what rubbish if it is overcooked it is going to be dry anyway staff not interested our last visit to Nandos what rubbish.

Got a takeaway tonight. The staff handling the food were not wearing any gloves and not wearing any face mask either. As someone who works on the frontline for the nhs I find this really insulting.

My partner and I are frequent flyers at this restaurant I have visited a lot of other Nando’s but this place is just the best The food is always excellent and the service is to die Love it and we are sooooo happy it’s back with in dining

Told they were open and refused at the door

We called to ask what time their kitchen closes as it was a quiet Monday, we were told on the phone by someone in store that kitchen closes at 10:30pm, if we are there before they lock the door we can sit and eat. We arrived at 10:16 and had three staff members tell us with a smirk on their face that they were already closed, take away only. I mentioned that I had called not 10 minutes earlier to check and was told we could be seated if it were before 10:30. All three staff members looked at each other then back at us with not much to say (as one of them had obviously just taken my call...). We asked if we could sit outside as not to make a mess and cause them more cleaning, we said we would be quick and out of their way, they said they had no outside seating and they could only do take out. At that point I was exhausted arguing with a bunch of people who despite advertising they are open till 11pm couldn’t be bothered with washing the two whole plates we would have used so we turned and left. Out of curiosity, we checked online for delivery (with them saying they would do take out while we were there), despite them advertising that Nando’s deliver till 11pm they had already made their delivery slots online unavailable and wouldn’t do home delivery.... Having worked in hospitality for many years I understand it can be frustrating to serve close to your closing, but working for a reputable brand with company standards which mean you should get the same service and product no matter where you are, it’s disappointing that it’s not always the case . Seems your Putney venue is not keeping to that well known standard and let’s Nandos down as a great brand.

I am fan of Nando and have tried in various parts of the world - Putney did not disappoint goos food, & friendly staff. I also had a few takeaways but the quality is better in the restaurant - maybe just hotter and crispy.

Popped in today for a spot of lunch I was served by a very welcoming young man called ayrton who was very Proffesional and very friendly taking our order it made my lunch time very pleasing and relaxing once I had finished my lunch I decided I was some cake for desert so once again I went to order it I was greeted by a gentleman called Tim who was the manager I placed my order with him who was very Proffesional and his level of customer service was outstanding through to the end of our meal. There was also a lovely lady who constantly asked how our food was and did we enjoy the meal which was really pleasant her name was Daniela the level of customer service here was impeccable and would defiantly be returning for another visit .
