Visited after the theatre (Strictly Ballroom next door) for early evening meal. Had booked and was glad I had, small dining room, meant in a good way, cosy, rather than a bad way, small. Efficient service by two personable waiting staff. Tasty, attractively plated food....More

The food is delicious, do I even need to mention that. They have maintained their historic roots which is amazing. The ambience is comfortable and casual art the same time. Also a good place to watch sports with friends.

Visited this pub with a business client in the evening. It was packed and quite lively. I would definitely suggest this as a pub to visit if in the area, and looking for the traditional British pub experience.

We had dinner here and enjoyed both the atmosphere of this small Pub, conveniently located near Picadilly Circus, and the British cuisine. Best Shepherds pie we experienced in London. Would recommend.

Made an effort to find this place because of the 4.5 stars from Trip Advisor and it wasn't worth the effort. OK place, good for a beer and watching the football match, but nothing special. Service was mediocre - felt like they were doing us...More

The pub is more a pre-theatre place than a sports bar.

Description
The Queen's Head is a small independent pub in the heart of London's West End. Capturing all things British, we pride ourselves upon stocking locally sourced ale's while serving homemade traditional pub food. Situated upstairs from our busy quaint little bar, the restaurant serves a menu of fresh ingredients from sustainable and ethical sources. Popular classics such as our delicious Fish & Chips and our homemade Piccadilly Pies are a big hit with our regulars and first time visitors alike. Next door to the Piccadilly Theatre we also offer a 2 course pre-theatre menu for just £14. If you're looking for quality food and drink, vibrant atmosphere, a building soaked in history and friendly staff then this is the place to be.
