Am a foody ... a wholehearted one. Am in love with the food there and my hubby being a meat person he fell in love with their giant steak made to perfection. The service tops it all along with the dessert. Jamie Oliver we love you

We had a great meal there. Prompt service, quality food, fairly good value for money. But the best part was the brownie, topped with a toffee popcorn and salted caramel ice cream. It was literally the best thing I have ever eaten (and I usually avoid dessert). It is a must try. The other food was good as well, but... More

Having seen Jamie Olivers' live video offering free kids meals during half term I decided to treat my son to a meal in London. He chose the chicken lollipops which were supposed to be served with a lovely Shake me up salad and small baked potatoes. I was pretty shocked when his meal came out, the salad consisted of one... Firstly, the menu is definitely very "Jamie" - really good option and selection. I had signed up to the Jamie gold card and the staf were brilliant is sorting out the offers and deals I was entitled to - where do you get service like that?? I chose the garlicky prawns pasta dish. You actually get proper pasta and the... More

This was my first visit to any Jamie's establishment and yes I had preconceptions of pretentious food in little portions, I was so wrong. I was actually impressed. The staff were very friendly and efficient the service was quick. The atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable and very buzzy. My choice was Bolognese Pasta with garlic bread, the food was... I have 1 start as the food was ok. We arrived and were seated straight away, which was the only good thing about our experience. Both waiters in our section ignored us for over half an hour and proceeded to serve tables on both sides of us. After calling one of them over and asking to be served we were... More

JAMIE'S ITALIAN COVENT GARDEN A partnership between Jamie Oliver and his Italian mentor, chef Gennaro Contaldo, Jamie's Italian has won thousands of fans for its delicious and affordable food since launching their first restaurant in Oxford in May 2008. The Jamie's Italian menu is based on dishes you'd find people eating all over Italy, made with care but delivered without fuss. The family-friendly restaurants are all about serving up rustic, Italian food made using the best possible ingredients, plus fresh pasta that's made on-site every day, and an award-winning children's menu, too. Jamie's Italian Covent Garden, right in the heart of central London, is perfectly located for the West End's theatre-goers, weekend shoppers, tourists and locals alike. The restaurant is small but perfectly formed, and always buzzing with activity - make sure you stop by and soak up the atmosphere while tucking into some delicious food and a cocktail or two. They open up the outdoor space in the summer too, which is perfect for relaxed lunches and al fresco dinners when the weather's fine.
