This was my second time to eat in Bon Gusto and this time for a family dinner while visiting London for the weekend. The restaurant is within walking distance of Green Park underground station. The restaurant is an informal but very relaxing environment. The staff are very welcoming and very helpful with my son who has need of a wheelchair. I even borrowed a phone charger! The food here is amazing with flavours out of this world at a very reasonable price - highly recommended for real authentic Italian food.

Every now on then you stumble upon a dining experience that blows all expectations out of the water. We popped into Bon Gusto on a wet Tuesday evening and it was just superb! The food was fresh and every mouthful was absolutely delicious, superbly complimented by the fun, friendly and attentive service from Marianna.
I have lived in London for 20+ years and wasn’t aware of this gem - but we will be back soon!!

My sister-in-law and I were visiting Buckingham Palace Gardens and prior to that, we looked for a small place to enjoy a drink together. We found it here at Bon Gusto ! The little table outside in the sun with cushion, and wrap available, on the chairs, was an unexpected ‘find’. We enjoyed two Prosecco drinks and a platter of bread and oil/vinegar with pistachios, cashews, and large green olives. We were invited to return after our garden visit, which we did, and enjoyed a 2for1 drink whilst waiting for the rush hour to finish. I would definitely go back again to this lovely little restaurant. Congratulations to the team here for making customers feel so comfortable and welcome !

I rarely leave reviews but felt I had to say thank you to Bon Gusto for a delicious lunch yesterday for myself and my daughter. We had booked this particular restaurant for its location and were delighted with the menu, quality of food and in particular the service. A special thank you goes to Nicole who served us our meal with a smile and excellent service.

We were very pleased to find such a good Italian in the touristy area of Buckingham Palace. Great service, nice ambience and good food at reasonable prices. The £13.95 special includes most of the pizza and pasta dishes and a glass of wine/beer/soft drink. Deservedly popular and open on Saturday, when many nearby places are closed.

Absolutely fantastic - both the service and the food. Wonderful family run restaurant with friendly and helpful staff who looked after our largish party especially our niece, really well including apple Bhumi we in a wine glass 😁
Would hugely recommend - food wise we tried the meat platter, soup and courgette/calamari antipasti followed by lasagne, risotto, veal, linguine, rib eye and chicken, all of which were great.
Highly recommend

Visited here for a evening meal it is a lovely restaurant with a personal touch. My wife does not like meals high in salt, this was no problem they made the meal using no salt and it was excellent. All the staff were friendly I would highly recommend

Substandard food and very poor customer service from a rude manager. If you really want value for money and a higher standard service, a better quality of authentic Italian food I would avoid this place. Without saying much, the review will likely be followed by a response from the manager which will prove my point.

My family and I popped in for dinner after a long day sightseeing. We were greeted with a warm and friendly smile. We enjoyed freshly cooked Italian food, that was delightful in every way. I was recommended wine and clam pasta which I in turn would highly recommend. My boys asked if we can return next time we are in town. What a fabulous place, with wonderful hosts and very reasonably priced. Bon Gusto thank you for a brilliant evening!

We were looking for a good restaurant near our hotel. Bon Gusto checked all the boxes. It’s an intimate restaurant with a comfortable but upscale atmosphere, delicious and well prepared food, excellent service - attentive, friendly, professional. For appetizers we had the proscuitto and melon and a special which was bruschetta with soft cheese, figs and proscuitto. Both were very good with generous portions for sharing. (I know - a lot of proscuitto but we do like it)! For the main we both had the lasagna which was served in individual casserole dishes. The lasagna noodles were slightly al dente, which I like, the sauce wasn’t sweet which I also like. there was plenty of cheese and meat - which made it perfect! With 3 drinks the bill came to $140 (108.75 pounds) which we felt was fair pricing for a lovely dining experience.

Popped in for dinner before attending an event local to the Restaurant. Really impressed with the Staff and most definitely the Food and topped off with a bill that was great value for a central London Venue . Wine at £22 a bottle with Linguine con Gamberi , Sea food Risotto both packed with tasty sea food . To finish what else but Tiramisu , all for £72
Definitely go back when in the local area

Spent 6 nights in London. Ate first meal at this Italian restaurant the night before running the London Marathon. This tiny restaurant was packed, every table was filled, the food & wine were delicious and the service was impeccable. In the next three nights we elected to spend two more at Bon Gusto. We have enjoyed six entrees, two appetizers and a few different wines. NEVER regretted a choice. The owner was friendly and Marianna and Anna were two of the most attentive, helpful servers I've encountered. We look forward to sharing recommendations for this restaurant when we return to US and we will certainly return next time we're in London.

My wife and I went for early supper before going to a carol concert in Westminster and we were glad to choose it. I had a delicious seafood linguine and my wife had a lovely pasta dish. Good, home made Italian food. Wine a little pricey but overall ok value for London.

We sat and had an evening meal yesterday after a visited to see Wicked at the Victoria Apollo Theatre nearby. We had nipped in before the show and reserved a table for 545pm but when got in there just after 530 and they sat us right now (it wasn’t busy). Staff were attentive, friendly and engaging. The pizza and gnocchi mains were nice. The house wine was lovely (perhaps could have done with being a little colder, but that’s our preference). The discretionary 12% seems to be standard in a London (I may be wrong) but do people ever argue it when normally you look at 10% anyway ? I do prefer to make my own mind up though.

That was a terrible meal! Starters were coming out the fridge.
Main we had lasagna, who was very dry, probably made 2 days ago, and the mushroom risotto, and that was even worst, no taste, tin mushrooms, no pesto.
Service was not good.
Even the hotel closed to the restaurant was surprised that we went there.

Westminster
If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square, and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just up the road as well. As captivating as the architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are highlights of the area too. St James's Park (arguably London's loveliest), the expansive Green Park, and pedestrian friendly tree lined paths along the river showcase the exquisite manicure provided by English gardeners. Just beyond the landmarks and the gorgeous outdoor spaces, quiet residential squares and age old local pubs offer a more subdued take on this global seat of power in the heart of London.
