Absolutely the best falafel in London. I have visited many times. My companions had never been there before. Table for 4 with comfortable seats the service could not have been better. The main person has been running the cafe for years.. Main thing about this place is outstanding quality of the food and value. A Classic Falafel Wrap medium cost £4.95 to eat in. It was so generous that I had trouble finishing it. 'served with hummus, fried aubergine, fresh tomatoes, pickled turnips, pickled cucumber, lettuce, parsley and tahina sauce. Absolute must and worth travelling for the quality. Informal and friendly.

Another visit today with my family for the best falafels you can taste. We've been having a brunch wrap there while shopping at Shepherd's Bush market for many years. The wraps and fillings can be adjusted and tailored to our specific tastes. I'd recommend getting there early as they are only open 11.00 - 18.00, and due to their popularity there can be queues. Well worth a visit.

Thank you very much for sharing such a high opinion of us. It's been a while since someone left us a review on TripAdvisor as people seem to favour Google instead. We appreciate feedback on all review platforms.
Thank you for your visit and we hope to see you more at MR FALAFEL.

I've tried many different falafels in the UK and abroad and Mr Falafel is the most tasty from them all, it's the same fafael I tried before exploring Middle East. Fresh and healthy ingredients, great options for vegans and vegetarians, it was just my first order but I am not disappointed to try these place. I will come back soon! :)

Went in to buy a falafel roll as it was recommended to me, the vibe in there was grim and dark, and I think the owner need to learn some people skills. Falafel was decent but there are much better falafel places if you venture into Shepherds Bush market. Will not be coming back until the owner gets a course in customer service or manners. Don’t bother.

We tried this place today and were served by a charming gentleman and possibly his son? They were very helpful and polite. They could not have been more welcoming. The food was delicious and presented well. We were given a sample of the falafel and it was beautiful. We had lamb and chicken wraps. We will definitely be back. Great food, great service and great price. If you see this gents thanks very much.

Mr Falafel has quite the reputation, and for good reason too.
These are some of the best falafels we've had, period!
The sandwich bar's byline reads: "The Best Palestinian Falafel". Perhaps it's time to update that to: "The Best Falafel in London".

Yes they used to sell good Felafel. But success has gone to his head. Waited 10 mins for my order to e taken. Another 10 mins whilst the 2 staff chit chatted. Plenty of ready felafel but he would not make me a small warp. By now a line of impatient deliveroo riders. He just could not care.
Plus not very clean, the rag he uses to wipe the prep counter is the same for his hands. Soiled shirt and no apron. Questionable hygiene..
Trouble is he is successful and thinks he will always be so.

Dear Sir,
Thank you for sharing your opinion. This incident took place two days ago and it is still fresh in my mind. I find it rather strange how people nowadays choose to run to platforms like this one whenever they have a minor mishap with any place in order to cause as much damage as they can regardless of the weight of the incident. When you stood up and said to us leave it we have waited 10 minutes and left, I immediately asked my colleague who originally took your order if he has promised you to have your order ready in less time. His answer was no, but he did say that he asked you to wait two minutes before he could take your order as he had many other orders to deal with. I was the gentleman who was standing in the doorway who smiled at you while I was putting my gloves on inorder to come out and help but you angrily looked away from me! I am sure if this was the other way around it would have qualified for another one star review on its own.
Having read your review I can clearly see that you are admitting to my success and that your are not complaining about the taste and quality of food. I asure you that MR FALAFEL is and will always serve good tasty food despite the fact you simply decided that 10 minutes was too much to wait to be served your order. Unfortunately, I cannot argue that point as its really not up to me to decide how much a certain individual can afford to wait as some people can wait up to 20 minutes in line and are very appreciative of being served while others will ask if thier order is going to be longer than a certain time before they decide if they can afford to wait. Obviously this all depends on how busy the shop is and how many orders we have to deal with. You mentioned in your review that there were plenty of falafels ready which proves one thing and one thing only; plenty of orders to deal with as we only cook on order to make sure everything is fresh. Unfortunately, the single person behind the counter has to deal with cooking the falafels + organising the orders and taking them while dealing with other customer related enquires. MR FALAFEL is a small family run business with very limited operating hours which means that staffing can be an issue.
Your order was being prepared next to two bigg other online orders which we cannot control or ask to wait as each of them will come with thier own timer which we have to race against but we always try and give priority to the customer waiting in the shop. This is why your wraps were the first to go into the toaster and thyt were about to be taken out before you decided 10 minutes is too long to wait. Your wraps were happily given away for free to the other gentleman who was patiently and happily waiting in the shop with you. He is a regular customer who comes in on a daily basis and is more than happy to wait despite being on break from his job. He ordered a king-size falafel wrap and was given your two wraps on top for free because good food shouldn't go to waste and that gestures like this one will help me earn new customers by giving someone else the chance to taste our good food for free.
This is not the mentality of an owner whose sucess has gone through his head to the extent you couldn't tell whether he was the owner or a member of staff, my soiled apron is a testament that I am there on a daily basis making sure that I am giving the best I can to customers who appreciate my hard work and dedication. I will say again that if a customer cannot afford to wait a certain time whether it is one minute or ten i will respectfully opologise for not being able to serve them in good time and I would hope to see them again in the near future. Yet if a customer expects me to run after them and beg them to sit down I can only say that I am there to earn myself and family a living and not to beg for one.
Furthermore, I honesly don't remember a line of impatient deliveroo riders as there was only two online orders but they were slighly bigger than averge and some items required prepping from scratch as they were items which are only on sale online, another example of why I choose for certain items not to be sold in the shop as I don't wish for customers to wait more than necessary for them by not serving them in the shop. You also mention that we were chit-chating and I wonder whether it occured to you that we were discussing the orders that were laying on the counter including yours, and whether you understood our language and realised that I was asking my colleague about the content of each wrap and whether he wanted me to add chilli sauce or not?
Finally, you accuse us of not being clean because we use same cloth to wipe our gloved hands and use it again to wipe the counter! I ask you if you would rather see traces of salad and sauce on our gloved hands getting stuck on you bread wraps and wrapping papper the same salad and sauce that ends up on the wrapping counter which obviously ends up there when we are building your wrap. The wrapping counter gets wiped down with surface sanitiser and our gloved hands are also wiped with food grade sanitizer between each order and after handling cash.
This reply to your review is a testimonial proof that I care and care a lot otherwise I would have simply replied with one line stating that I am too successful why should I even bother to reply.
Thank you for visiting MR FALAFEL.

I had to stick around in Shepards Bush for an hour or two and was told this was the place to go - and they weren't wrong - the supreme falafel wrap was unreal and topped off with their special tea which was delightful. Really friendly and just a great vibe.
