Enjoyed a mixed platter of dishes which were excellent, decent size portions. Good beer selection and top choice of Gins, with a tray that was topped up with correct accompanying garnishes.

Especially liked the steak and ale pie. Service was a bit slow, but friendly. Decor a bit dull and rundown.

Popped in here for lunch before seeing a show. Had the sourdough bread with Cumberland sausage, onion and salad, which was delicious! The price wasn't bad either, for London prices. Free wi-fi available as well.

Ahead of our Christmas party (unfortunately the venue had been pre-booked somewhere else) Had some early lunchtime pre-drinks and snacks - great venue, spacious and nice food. Allergies addressed too.

Staying at the travel lodge, it’s either here or Dominoes for a reasonable meal. Three of us had food and it was ok. The home made burgers were ok. The platter was a beige buffet albeit deep fried. The Guinness extra cold was room temp....More

We were fooled by the publicity which claims this is the oldest licensed pub in London - which is probably true. The pub is pretty run down with a tacky lounge, dirty carpets and smelly toilets. The Sunday roast was very poor with very tough...More

Not sure, we wandered in twice, once at lunchtime - then early evening. It was busy in the evening!
