The pub has a nice atmosphere and the staff were more than friendly. The choice of food was good, although when we went there, there were no pies available. The food was tasty and came promptly. Very convenient for Theatre-land.

Stopped for a drink on the way to the theatre but much more expensive than anticipated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Probably cheaper than the theatre though

Boring, no soul at all in this pub. Decent selection of drinks. Place needs renovation - smells like sewage. Understandable though as ring an old building. Lots of decent pubs around.

Not sure, we wandered in twice, once at lunchtime - then early evening. It was busy in the evening!
