Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Took my best friend for a bottomless prosecco afternoon tea. We really didn't know what to expect. It was absolutely lovely. The venue was quaint, lovely and very art deco. Our waiter was delightful and attentive. We were not prepared for the food to be...as good as it was. The sandwiches were delicious and the cakes .... oh the cakes! So light and tasty. It truly was a taste sensation. We have done a few afternoon teas around London and we both agreed that this was by far the best ... and we have been to Fortnum & Masons! We have decided to return every December and also try to fit in a summer one as well. Just fabulous. Thank you for such a fabulous afternoon. Exquisite. Lorna and LindaMore

Afternoon Gin tea for two. Pre-booked. Arrived and told table was ready but it was not. Only one tea cup and dirty, cutlery not clean. Prompt service, but my sandwiches arrived with cheese when I expressly said NO CHEESE. The place was crowded and the...tables so small you could only get a teapot and 2 cups on them. Well what can I say...bad overall for the price when for a little more you could go to Fortnum just up the road. They have light years to go before they can match the world famous afternoon teat at Wedgwood.More

Had afternoon tea. Bit of a long story but we'd looked at most afternoon teas in Central London before deciding on here, and really glad we did. The Xmas tea was a delight (I'd have gladly bought a load to bring home) and the food...was all superb. Add to that a lovely setting and excellent staff it made for a perfect occasion.More

We did the Grinchmas bus tour and it was okay. Food was okay. The bus was hot and honestly during a Christmas “Grinch” theme tour I’d hope for Christmas music not 80’s. Grinch cups were super cute though. Glad I did it once, but won’t...do it again.More

We had a lovely afternoon tea here. Convenient, short walk from a local bus stop. Beautiful location with instagram worthy areas to take photos of your memorable visit. The food was amazing and festive for the season. Wonderful service with knowledgeable staff who can make...incredible tea recommendations. Worth the price for a memorable and delicious afternoon tea. While it was a busy location, it didn’t get too loud or overwhelming. Make a reservation, since it gets busy and lots of people walking up were unable to enjoy the tea experience. If you forget to make a reservation, always ask, and worst case scenario, make selections from their bakery case and enjoy your treats to go.More

Myself and my Mum went on Brigits afternoon tea bus tour and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. We boarded the bus and everything was already set up. It was decorated beautifully! We toured London for 90 minutes and saw amazing views. We had...5 savoury options and 4 sweet options, all which were amazing and very filling! We didn’t finish everything and were given a box to take home. You are given a travel mug to take home which is filled with unlimited hot drinks on your journey. Staff were so friendly and attentive. Couldn’t recommend this anymore! We both had such an amazing time and didn’t want to get off!More

Amazing afternoon tea. Lovely decor. Simply delicious food with friendly staff. We booked 4 bottomless champagne afternoon teas and they noticed that one friendly wasn't really drinking so they didn't charge us for her bottomless champagne. How lovely these days. Would highly recommend

The vegan afternoon tea at Briget's Bakery was superb. The selection of savoury options was delicious! There were sandwiches, a roll, quiche and a wrap. The sweet section comprised of macaroon, cake, and panna cotta. There is a varied selection of teas, and of course...soya milk. I cannot praise this lovely tea room enough. The staff are attentive without being overwhelming, and the whole aesthetics of the place was so pretty. If you want to enjoy a quality afternoon tea in a delightful tearoom, go to Brigit's Bakery in Covent Garden.More

They surely do as there is a vegan option available. So if you chose the vegan afternoon tea it'll all be dairy free.. it is super delicious. Highly recommemd.
