We had often seen this small restaurant as we walked around the neighbourhood around Baker St Tube Station but never actually stopped in for dinner till this Friday thanks for Yatrick's recommendation. Wish I had gone sooner as it is very good. We had the...More

This place is bustling and vibrant - feels very authentic and we had a great night. Lovely staff, not too expensive, great flavours - would've given five stars but the red wine and gelato didn't quite hit the mark.

That's what they say, and they mean it. Small lovely Italian place, family run, serving excellent coffee and delicious food with a warm smile. You feel like at home really. Exceptional home made yoghurt, perhaps one of the best I ever had.

We had brunch for six here last week and I'm still smiling. The owner's welcomed us like family and served scrumptious food - all in a beautiful cozy setting. What a pleasure!

When friends visit us Il Blandfords is a must visit. It was buzzing when we arrived but the quality of the food stays top year after year. In this occasion we took two good friends from Belgium and they just loved it. We have spent...More

Came with a group of 4 adults and 2 children. Not made to feel welcome upon arrival. Waitress very grumpy and abrupt. When food finally arrived (we must have waited at least 30 minutes), my pizza didn't arrive. I left it about 10 minutes or...More

Some places just have it, whatever "it" might be. Jessica, the proprietor of this Sicilian-family run cafe has it in droves. It radiates from her; it is infused into the focaccia bread, the bellissimo poached eggs and even in the capuccinos. If you want to...More

There aren't a lot of good places to ear near Madame Tussauds. This is one of them. Run by an Italian family who greet you with a boisterous "Bonjurno!", this cosy little place offers a nice range of scrumptious breakfast and lunch options at very...More

Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods
cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience.
Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged
between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the
southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of
Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as
pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The
bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it

Hi there, I assume Blandfords is licensed and you can get a bottle of wine with your meal? I can't see anyone mentioning vino in their reviews or on the restaurant website. Do you know? Many thanks. PAG

A young Italian transforms old English greasy spoon into the greatest traditional Italian Trattoria in MaryleboneOwner and manager Jessica Colli a young business woman from the island of Sicily, wasn't afraid to take up the challenge to transform Blandford's Café after 40 years of very little change. Jessica loves authentic & traditional Italian food so she went on and decides to open her own Restaurant where she committed to herself to deliver nothing less. Blandford's café is now a relax diner with a festive and family atmosphere open every day from 7am till 9pm, offering the greatest variety of traditional Italian dishes ranging from home-made lasagne to eggplant parmigiana and the best crispy pizza in the area, as well as freshly cooked meat items basted with the authentic Italian seasonings. Jessica want to make sure you still get the best fresh cooked English breakfasts accompanied by traditional English breakfast tea, if you are a fan of the Italian espresso or Cappuccino the choice for the new owner was simple "Illy coffee", a brand known as the master of Italian espresso brand. A wide selection of pastries, and fresh pressed juices are available, and if you fancy all that as take away Blandford's café will organise that for you.Jessica challenges you to think that Blandford's café is not just another Italian restaurant, so please go along and she and her team will prove you wrong! The young Italian that loves what she does!
