I used to come every so often with friends or family before the pub closed for a few months last year. Great food especially the Sunday roast (including the veggie option) and lovely staff. I came on a Sunday in Feb, food was "ok", but...More

Really nice neighbourhood pub, with pretty good food. Dining companion's steak and kidney pie was deemed delicious, and my fish pie was pretty good. I'd prefer more different fish, and maybe a prawn or two, but it was tasty enough. Nice pint of Pride too.

Great food, great atmosphere. This place is the absolute definition of out of the way gem. I would walk a great distance for the “sticky toffee pudding”
