We had very good, very traditional british pub lunch food. Not too long a wait and very friendly staff.

Good selection of Ales and Beers - pub is very old school but this is what makes it great. Go upstairs and be treated to a dining room which is perfect for having some good old fashioned pub grub. I recommend if you are ever...More

If you want to see the City of London workers relaxing then this historic pub, in a little alleyway is a must. The upstairs restaurant does surprisingly good pub food and at good prices, which in the City is a big plus.

The downstairs has a regular pub menu, while upstairs, where we were located, is a more traditional restaurant. We both enjoyed fish and chips cooked in excellent batter, I had a glass of wine and we enjoyed two coffees, total came to about £16,00 each....More

It’s been a couple of years since I was at a reunion here, but a small group met up and the food was excellent. Stilton bonbons, followed by steak and ale pie. Too full for dessert ,service fantastic and great ambience!

Dark wood paneled pub very near Guildhall buildings and Barbican center down little alleyway. Roast beef and fish & chips both good.
