On arrival at 6.20pm we found this restaurant very busy and welcoming. The tables are rather small and closely positioned but the atmosphere was very pleasant. A shared starter of bruschetta bufalo (£9.50) was good although the tomatoes could have been a little sweeter. Our calzone pizza (£14.90) was oustanding with plenty of filling and a tasty crust. A madagacan cheesecake (£6.60) finished a very good meal. Serice was fast and professioanal throughout. We found the Albertini to be excellent value and a perfect location close to the mainline staions of Euston, St Pancras and Kings Cross.

We booked a table for two a week in advance just to be sure we had somewhere good to eat before catching the train home from St. Pancras which is handily just around the corner. Fresh from an afternoon performance of Phantom we were ravenous and the meal didnt disappoint, nothing fancy but a margherita pizza and another with a little more meat more than did the job. We followed this up with a dessert, a cannelloni and a chocolate mousse which topped the meal off perfectly. The cost came to around £60 including a couple of soft drinks, which at London prices is more than reasonable.

Lucky to get a table at a busy time in the restaurant. Atmosphere, service, food and wine were faultless. After a day in the 'main part of London' it was good to retreat out a little closer to where we were staying. Not quite as frenetic in this area and therefore it was an opportunity to relax and unwind. Albertini is convenient to Euston, very friendly and, when comparing London prices, it represents reasonable value for a great dinner.

We had a 3 course dinner here. Shared bruschetta was tasty, Calves' liver was excellent with a delicious sauce and we also enjoyed our desserts. The restaurant was cosy and busy (booking recommended for early evening) but the food arrived promptly. The atmosphere was good and not unduly noisy. The staff were polite and attentive and we would definitely go again on our next trip to London.

Visited twice over 10 days without booking as was passing through St Pancras and fell upon this restaurant in a side street by chance the first time, easy to pass it by. However once inside could not fault it. They carried our suitcases in, staff all very attentive, all food choices and wine very good value and well cooked and presented. We had over two visits, steak, salads, pasta and pizzas. It was quite busy with a lovely atmosphere, I guess it is best to book to guarantee a table, we were lucky to get in. Thank you Albertini.

I visit Albertini Restaurant around two to three times a year with either friends or family. On this occasion it was with friends. The staff in Jul24 remain friendly, polite and attentive and food remains nice, hot and tasty. I visited in an early afternoon and one thing I really like, is that you can relax for a number of hours without being rushed. A great place to visit and I always look forward to returning.

What a lovely find. We were staying at the Premier Inn St Pancras and wanted something other than pub grub and chain restaurants (not that these are to be avoided) Booked online for 19:40, walked in a few minutes early and were seated at a snug window table. The restaurant was busy with only a few empty tables both inside and out. We are very used to the menu selection at Da Rocchia near our home so it was good to have the different choices on the Albertini menu. We opted for a bottle of Chianti and tap water with the sharing Burrata platter, which we really enjoyed and both thought the tapenade was superb. I had the Pollo dello Chef - chicken in a creamy mustardy mushroom sauce with vegetables, whilst L had Linguine Frutti de Mare. Both excellent choices. We don't normally have desserts but L pointed out the cannolo on the menu so I had to have that whilst she asked just 2 scoops of the lemon sorbet. The Chianti was also very good. The staff were professional and made no mistakes which can sometimes happen when busy. All in all, it was a delightful meal and experience..

Good food but pasta for one took 50 minutes at 6pm on a Wednesday. Owner says it was because it was gluten free. It takes 50 minutes to make gluten free pasta? Impossible. I would not have left a negative review but the excuse was silly.

Albertini is one of those restaurants between Euston and St. Pancras that you could easily pass by. I walked over for dinner after seeing the menu online. It's a good, varied Italian menu with both small plates, mains, and pizzas. The prices are what you'd expect to pay in London, and the atmosphere is crowded and things are a bit rushed. That aside, the food is excellent, and if you can make eye contact with the folks there, they do smile and say hello. I was just thrilled to find excellent food at a fair price. Check out the menu online, and if it sounds good, you'll likely be pleased with the food.

The reviews had me excited. A new area of town for me but needed somewhere great near to Kings Cross. Very crowded, good but not great food and the service was very hit and miss, with a hit only happening when you actively enticed a waiter to the table.

What a great place this is. Would recommend booking as it was almost full early on a Thursday evening but managed to find us a table. Had Gorgonzola spaghetti with prawns which was divine. Husband had Carbonara which he said was nice. 2 glasses of wine, a large beer, olives/bread and two mains came in at under £80. Great and attentive staff. Run very efficiently. An absolute joy! Highly recommended.

This small restaurant is a magnificent discovery. We went there twice over a 4-day stay. Our 9 and 12 year olds shared a margherita pizza that they ate. Veal schnitzel with spinach is a pure delight! The service is attentive and it is possible to eat on the terrace. I recommend this place

Wonderful meal at a superb restaurant. Very friendly reception and welcome; brilliant service. The roasted aubergine, with goat’s cheese and nduja sausage in spicy tomato sauce starter was superb, followed by a fine Calzone for me and Fusilli Verdure for my partner. Very fine meals indeed. Good red wine, reasonably priced, finished with complimentary liqueur. Thank you! Will return!

First of all the table we were seated at was next to the front door, in the window and beside the light switches and fire hydrant- this meant the staff had to leave across my partner to get to the lights as well as being too cramped and couldn’t move. Drinks were fine however the food was SH*T. The ‘garlic’ bread was pretty much just a bit of oily bread with cheese on top. We both had pasta, the salmon pasta was tasteless and the bacon in the carbonara was fatty. Didn’t order a dessert or another drink as we both wanted to get out of there. When paying, the waiter assumed we were paying the OPTIONAL gratuity but I told him we didn’t want to pay this and he didn’t have the best attitude about it. WE WON’T BE RETURNING.

Wonderful authentic Italian, reasonably priced, great food, good service. We went as friends for lunch. I am a wheelchair user, and there is a level access in the door, and they made space for me at a convenient table. The Rustica pizza was huge, tasty and had a great spice kick from the salami, and the seasonal vegetables were a surprising delight - beautifully cooked and very tasty. The gnocchi was the real star of the show, proper Italian cooking, not some kind of English potato mush. We had a wonderful time. Warning: this is definitely a place to book - it fills up very quickly.
