Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Really pretty little cafe with lots of space in the back. Fantastic food, coffee, staff, and reasonably priced considering being in such a beautiful part of London.

A enjoyable Sunday morning full English. Bread was especially nice and worth returning for. There was some communication issues. My drink never arrived. Beans were missing from my plate and the replacement ones were stone cold. Radiator to the right of the door was either...off or not working. Staff were nice and friendlier than the delicatessen across the rd.More

I didn’t want to give Oliver’s Cafe a review because I love it so much and wanted to keep it to myself! But it’s so good and serves the most amazing breakfasts, brunches and all day light food with charm and rock-bottom prices I couldn’t...help myself. I come here from miles away just to have their superlative coffee and scrambled eggs on the best seeded sour dough toast. They cater for vegans as well. The back room with glass ceiling is lovely and bright. Very good art round the walls too - apparently the work of one of the owners. They even have a children’s corner with picture books and crayons. You can usually park outside or certainly within a short walk.More

This was worth the 10 min walk from my hotel. I had the halloumi salad with avocado and a cup of hot tea. A very nice lunch. Good service and nice atmosphere. The place is a Chinese take-out restaurant by night — the sign out...front through me off as I got to the door.More

A local Belsize Village establishment that has friendly service, good quality food and a quick and easy option as a change from eating at home. With a great family story as well, recommend a visit to Oliver's Village Cafe.

This place is an absolute gem in a lovely neighborhood. The back room was very nice with lots of natural light and the staff was very friendly. We visited for breakfast and was treated to a fantastic meal. My wife got a mixed fruit dish...and I got their traditional English breakfast. Strongly recommend to anyone living in London or visiting. It is a fantastic place.More

Me and a good friend met here for brunch. Despite the lousy weather, we were both welcomed from Sam who was a fantastic host and friendly manager from the start. I had poach eggs, tomatoes salad/toast and this alone was absolutely delicious! Great relaxing atmosphere...here and so popular with both locals and visitors. I live in Belsize village and have always been welcomed by the other great staff at Olivers too. Plenty of room inside and at the back of the cafe. The menu is good and the home made cakes are a must too!!😋More

I’ve read nice reviews about this little café and decided to try it for breakfast. It was part of a Sunday morning well spent… Very friendly staff (Hi Sam!), a cozy, comfortable atmosphere, a delicious full English that I enjoyed at a leisurely pace with...a huge cup of tea. Oh that I had the luxury of starting every day in this manner. In the evenings, the café converts to The Village Panda (Asian food)… looking forward to trying that as well.More

Swang by on a Wednesday morning last minute, was able to book a table outside the same morning. Waitress was amazingly efficient as she seemed to be working alone. Food hit the spot and the location was bang in the sun. Great start to the...day! Will definately be back - Thank youMore

The place has been a big savior during a lockdown. In normal times I rarely eat out for breakfast, and if I do, I stick to large pub chains, as I am scared to take risks. Oliver's is just around the corner from where I...live, but I never thought they do much outside the coffee to go. One day I fancied a full English from a place nearby, and this popped as an option. I gave it a go, and had no regrets - the taste was fantastic, and the size was just enough to fill up and feel comfortable. The order and pick-up services were slick too. Highly recommended!More
