Food was ok, but the customer facing staff need better training on customer interactions as they come across as very rude, it was not a present experience eating there as a result and my guess is that the employees think their behaviour is normal for...hospitality venues.More

Ate there twice when visiting the hotel upstairs, ordered the same things on both occasions but charged 2 different prices. A few guests that night suffered on the throne as a result - I’d avoid if I were you

Worst restaurant ever. 10pm and still not had all the dishes served. The dishes are so bad and the service is rude. Clearly the owner cares only about profit and not quality. Do yourselves a favour and go elsewhere. Atrocious.

We’ve been here loads of times and never had an issue! Food is perfect, service is quick and friendly. Definitely worth a visit!

My husband and I visited this place a few times. Obviously, the prices have gone up due to the effect of everything. The food is really good, especially the dim sum. But my goodness, the staff were terrible. No one at the front desk to...show us to our table but I can see one of the waiters was daydreaming and not really paying attention to what was happening around him. When we sat down, I asked him about the types of meat and rice and he looked at me as if I should know what was in them. Very unwelcoming.More

Dont listen to bad reviews we loved it and the fact that it was full of chinese familys speaks for itself We had the set meal for 2 there was loads All was delicous

checked the reviews before we came an didn't look to good but as we were staying upstairs we saw how busy the place looked so we went in and gave it a try. everything seemed okay but the décor was dated and felt like i...was in conference room the menu seems good did chines food which i have never seen before such as duck tonge ect, so i thought wow must be good authentic chinese food. where we was sat we was facing another table and on that table a women was cleaning knives and fork which didn't really bother me. the waiters and waitresses didn't look happy and we was getting stared at y them which made it weird. when we got given our meals there was no ' hi how are you' she dumped the food on the edge of the table and walked off . i noticed on another table some women asked for a seafood fried rice but noticed there was pork for it, and i think she asked for no prawn but as she was complaining the bloke just didn't do anything to resolve it as offer her another meal without the pork or try and amend the issue he just listened walked away and left it. on another table they forgot their drinks with the looks of it and the waiter shouted to the bar staff they need them drinks and ive never seen another waiter shout across the room and i go to a lot of restaurants across England as i work away from home. i couldn eat the chicken in my fried rice it looked a bit pinkish and with the experience i was having i couldnt chance it. now i could have come here on a bad day i like to give benefit of the doubt but after reading more reviews maybe it is just the place. i think this place would do better if the staff had more of a welcoming feel and more polite.More

Rude and racist staff avoid this restaurant I went out for a meal with my family my wife and two kids I asked the waiter for a table for four she told me they where fully booked I noticed the restaurant was half empty so...asked when was there a table available for later she didn’t answer and walked away I stood for 10 minutes I walked to the counter and asked can I book A table The manager said no I said what seems to be the problem she said all you people look the same I asked what do you mean he replied again all you English people look the same and I don’t want to give you a table I was shocked to hear what she said I said are you mistaking me for somebody else she replied I told you all you English people look the same to me I don’t know who is who and depending what mood I’m in she replied if I’m in a Bad mood I would spit in their food I was shocked I couldn’t believe what I just heard me and my family left immediately absolutely disgusted😡More

Quality of the food is pretty average, you get much more tasty dishes in Chinatown. Service is as usual, quite bad. The waiters just don't talk to you and almost bump into you in the main dining room. Also, beware of the parking charge of...£3.50 if you drive there. I remember a time when the food was much better and parking was free.More

I have been coming to this restaurant for a long time. I have never disappointed. The DIm Sum is delicious, specially Char Siew Puff, I love it.

Small portions, average taste, expensive and poor service.. Every dish they brought to the table was put on the side not even in the middle more expensive than chinatown.. You want dim sum do go here

Asked the staff to help with download of parking app. They were too indifferent to do it properly. Received a parking fine. Never go there again.
