I know you can order just the scones. I would think you could order just the sandwiches or a combination of just scones/sandwiches, as they were very accommodating with us.
They don't have a dress code. I'd advise against wearing something too casual, like tracks, though. Even though they don't have a dress code, you'd probably feel underdressed that way.
